Great hotel, amazing service. Great service at Cafe Celosa. We enjoyed our coffees with the great sandwiches and cheese platter. Great taste and great quality. Service was just amazing. Talia treats the place like it’s her own home and we were visiting her. What a genuine style to serve your guests. Great experience!!!

We had the unfortunate circumstance of needing to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton, and Loews Hotel in Coral Gables became our safe haven during this difficult time. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, sympathetic, and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel cared for. We also had our fur baby with us, and they were just as attentive to her needs, which we greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Krystal Stringer, Megan, and Mona, who went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful time much easier for us. I highly recommend Loews Hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a genuinely compassionate team.

This was absolutely the best stay I've had with friends in a hotel. The whole staff was very welcoming and polite. They were attentive to all our needs, whether it be room service or even looking for transportation with ubers. The facility itself is absolutely immaculate and I cannot wait to stay here again. This hotel is a gem! Every aspect of our hotel stay has been exceptional! The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are spotless, housekeeping is done twice a day and the bed is excellent. The hotel has a lovely garden courtyard so you don’t hear any cars when seated outdoors. It is nestled in a complex that has great restaurants and cafes. You can easily walk to Miracle Mile for shopping and meals. While all the amenities, roof top pool and bar, well appointed gym, are outstanding it is really the people who are so kind and welcoming. We travel regularly to Miami and have previously stayed in Coconut Grove but this hotel is one of the best in Miami! Highly recommend!
