The most wonderful Afternoon Tea experience in Hayfield Manor. From start to finish everything was in a word, exceptional. Every morsel was a taste explosion and so beautifully presented. A special mention too for Cian who was so warm and welcoming, as were all the team. We enjoyed every minute and will back! Thank you Hayfield Manor

Afternoon Tea

Went for Afternoon tea we were really looking forward to it for weeks we travelled from another county that day, the only positive feedback was the food was lovely however the service was absolutely appalling. We had to call the servers when we wanted tea/ coffee no one ever checked were we ok with everything and if we wanted anything more. We were told we would get a cocktail or mocktail at the end but no sign of it we were sitting for ages however we noticed the tables beside us had got offered them so we had presumed they were coming but never did! We felt like we were being ignored and it was very frustrating! We were there 2 hours and left disappointed with the experience.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially at Christmas time. The effort that the team puts in to make you stay memorable is fantastic. Bloom out the back for drinks is a great addition and pleasant experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for a luxury experience while staying in Cork!

My Wife and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary 42nd and choose the Hayfield Manor to host the event. It was excellent from A to Z. Everybody in the hotel did their best to ensure a wonderful experience and they achieved that and much more! We certainly hit the target by choosing the Heyfield Manor. We undubtely recommend it.
