Hayfield Manor

This well-appointed manor house is super-comfortable, from the fireplace in the lobby to the rooms (fixtures, bedding and amenities) and lovely seating areas indoors and out. More importantly, every staff person encountered was genuinely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a top-notch service with a broad selection of quality dishes and fresh buffet items. Dinner in Perrotts and the lobby bar services were excellent. A necessary cycle of refurbs are keeping the decor fresh and updated. Drive (or walk) carefully on the tight, pedestrian-active local roads! You’ll enjoy your time here.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The housekeeping staff was fantastic and every detail was thought of. The breakfast was wonderful and the entire staff was great with every interaction. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Cork.

Hayfield Manor is a haven that needs to be seen to be believed. It is like no other in Cork, and for that it’s truly the best all round hotel in Ireland. The physical building is grant budget still feels like home every time I drive up that driveway I think is a time to watch home alone again? Inside you are greeted which I can only be described as a hug that you didn’t know you needed. The warmth from the open fire along with the smile from the beautiful doorman it just simply feels like home. The food again is stunning. Every dish carefully curated with the food being a star of the show and these days that that’s not always the case but Hayfield Manor you will only get the finest quality ingredients served by some of the highest trained chef’s in the country, This much is clear just simply look at their breakfast buffet to understand. Our guest bedroom was luxurious warm and carefully taught out with the guest experience and in mind. It is not often that you have a putter in your bedroom to practice your golf. Also a special shout to the most wonderful hotel bathrooms that they are I wish my own was like this. The team are however the most stunning set of people, and their Manager John Burchill. John is a person that does not come around too often. This young man is the pinnacle of Irish hospitality. His passion, drive and sincerity is simply a pleasure to watch and this shows with his interaction with each and every one of his guests along with the team that he’s so adores. The hotel is fabulous! A warm welcome upon arrival, with all the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our four day stay. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and the team went that extra mile to make our stay wonderful, a big thank you to everybody. The dining cannot be faulted, just excellent. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with the rooms and décor throughout being impressive and spotless. We very much look forward to returning.

We always aim to stay in Hayfield Manor as we are made to feel so welcome and the rooms are perfect and the food is delicious - especially the breakfast which is so fresh and tasty with many surprises dotted around the buffet. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for us and they even left extra chocolates when the crisps were out. I can't recommend Hayfield Hotel enough!
