Fabulous hotel. The staff were so friendly and the rooms were beautiful- a real treat. I wasn’t feeling the best but they have a fantastic room service where I had a beautiful hot meal in my room. The en-suite was stunning and the bed was so comfortable. TV is a little annoying it’s tucked away in a cabinet so makes it difficult to view from table and chair and I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work but they are only little things. I wasn’t overly impressed with the Gluten Free options for breakfast but I got a lovely message from the manager after my stay to ensure I let them know when I’m coming again and they’ll ensure I’m looked after. I love the use of Gaeilge (Irish language) around the hotel e.g. on the branded water bottles etc. I unfortunately didn’t get time to use the spa but I will definitely be back and review again. It’s in a very convenient place as it’s in close proximity to INEC if you have an event, close to town (if you have a car) and to beautiful walks etc. Highlu recommend.

We recently had our Christmas Wedding at the Muckross Park Hotel, it was the best day of me and my husbands life. From start to finish, the Team couldn’t do enough, especially Niall, we will always be so grateful. The Hotel and Team are pristine, friendly and always on hand to make sure all our Guests were so well looked after. I can’t wait to return in the New Year, it really is a dream wedding venue, thank you.

The photo of the view from the only window in the room sums it up (looking over a shabby rooftop and air con equipment). Terrible standard of room for a 5 star hotel and price - bathroom fittings, tv, furniture etc are all what I would expect in a 3 star hotel. Won’t be back

Muckross Park Hotel never disappoints, it’s always such an amazing experience when we stay here, everything from the ambiance to the food are top quality and most importantly the staff go out of their way to make your stay an experience you will not forget.

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
