Lovely hotel and grounds
Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The garden and pool areas are beautifully maintained and planted with exotic palms. The staff are also very attentive and efficient. Would definitely stay here again .

Peaceful stay in Cuernavaca
Great experience, friendly and courteous staff. Use of WhatsApp made reservation easy. Good value for money. The room was quiet and comfortable with nice amenities; we particularly liked the small table and chairs in the patio next to the bedroom and the good, fresh coffee brought every morning. The hotel has a restaurant on site, good security and is easy to find. Check it out for your next visit!

A wonderful stay in a paradise! Delicious meals, superb pool, comfortable rooms!
What greatly contributed to making our stay heavenly was all the staff! They are warm, professional, courteous and anticipate our needs! A big thank you to all of you (Rebecca, Lesly, Leonardo, Edgar, Gustavo to name a few - we were not able to remember all of the names).

Terrible! Utterly disappointing
Very disappointing!!! Internet and phone didn’t work. Breakfast was included and then charged us for two expressos (not included). Never had that in a five star hotel! Cheap. We left with a bitter feeling for such an expensive hotel! The place is beautiful, needs management of that level.
