We stayed at the Juniper for a conference recently and it was a great experience. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. There is abundant parking available in the garage. Just be aware that to take the elevator from the garage requires a room key, so you might want to check in before you park. Only issue is that the hotel and rooms feel dated and could use a refresh.

This was a last minute reservation and we were very glad we chose this hotel. Large, clean, well decorated rooms with comfy beds. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us local restaurant recommendations. Ample parking.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were tired when we arrived and everyone at the hotel quickly got us settled in so we could start relaxing right away. Everyone was so wonderful! We loved our room, it was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the hotel. The surrounding is beautiful! Dinner and breakfast at Parkview Kitchen and Spirits were all wonderful! It was a short but relaxing stay. Everyone was wonderful, everything was perfect, and we felt very pampered. We look forward to visiting again!

I would give 5 stars, since the hotel is amazing, but giving 4 because housekeeping is not available daily - they do it on demand, but you might hear at 10 AM that you had to call at 7 AM if you wanted to have it, and now housekeeping is booked for the day. This is unacceptable especially given the rate they charge. That aside, the hotel is awesome - both the desk service and the amenities. The restaurant in that hotel is not great, but I would not consider it as a part of the hotel per se.

The property is lovely, clean and the public areas have been updated. It is apparent in the rooms, however, that this is an older property. Our bed was comfortable, but another person in our party complained that their bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I didn't find either pillow to be very comfortable. The room overall was spacious and functional, although the lighting in the bathroom was dim. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the room next door. What was most bothersome was that we could hear noises through the vents, ceilings and walls. Creaky and noisy. We think that maybe the walls, ductwork and insulation were so old that we were hearing the elevators even though we weren't anywhere near them. This went on all day and night. Have never heard this in any other hotel before, so it was creepy and annoying. Also, the thermostat control was so old in our room that the buttons were worn out and we couldn't adjust the temperature. It was set too low for us so we'd run it until the room was completely chilled and then we'd shut it off for the night. We did appreciate the free parking in a parking garage.
