A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Although I was in Peru and did not speak much Spanish, it was no problem here. Great time. Highly recommended staying if you’re in Cusco. They are also very close to the city center with many restaurants and bars nearby.

Unique hotel in great location

Unique hotel in a superb location. The staff is very helpful. A special shout out to Antonio - his customer service and attitude were exceptional! He went out of his way to learn our names and offered tips on the area. Breakfast could use some improvements - we found the options to be underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a beautiful historic building

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I felt like royalty staying in this hotel! The lobby and common areas are so beautiful they look like a museum, and the bathroom in our suite was bigger than my bedroom at home. Our room was one of the most comfortable I've stayed in anywhere, and I especially loved the heated floor in the bathroom. We had breakfast at the hotel both mornings and Antonio was especially welcoming and helpful. The quinoa pancakes were excellent and there's a good variety of options. The complimentary pisco sour in the hotel bar was also excellent, and it's a good place to connect with other guests. The location is fantastic, with the main squares in Cusco just a short walk away. We also walked to San Blas and Mercado Central de San Pedro easily. The Cusco Museum of Contemporary Art is also just steps away, which is a must-see to check out local art and the beautiful courtyard. The only aspect of the hotel i wasn't thrilled with was that our room had no natural light because it was an interior room. There was plenty of natural light in the courtyard right outside our door but none to be found in our room.

Best service and staffs in Peru

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The hotel is fabulous, I only stay one night, so pity. The staffs—-Tommy and the bartender Luis, are the most friendly and welcoming staffs I met in Peru, they are helpful and friendly. Luis made the nice Passionfruit pisco sour for me—-you must try it if you come there. The cute bar on 1st floor is very comfortable to stay, it is very quiet and comfortable, feels like home. The food is good as well, I will recommend all my friends to stay in this hotel and enjoy their best service, drinks and food. Top recommended! mucho gracias ☺️

Beautiful Hotel with Great Service

Aranwa Boutique Hotel in Cusco is perfectly located and is very charming. The rooms are generous and very comfortable. The service from all the staff is outstanding with an honourable mention to Antonio in the dining room. He exemplifies the personal and pro-active service of the staff here. Definitely recommend others to stay here.
