This is a true gem in downtown Dallas. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, style, and a genuine appreciation for art and design. The location is unbeatable—super close to the Dallas Museum of Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Winspear Opera House. We were in town to experience culture and cocktails - and it delivered! The hotel itself feels like a boutique gallery. Thoughtfully curated contemporary artworks are integrated throughout the space, making it feel vibrant yet serene. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible city views. The service was top-notch—professional, attentive, and welcoming. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the valet team was prompt and courteous. I also loved the rooftop pool and fitness center—both stylish and well-maintained. Ellie’s, the on-site restaurant, is an experience in itself. The food was delicious and artistically presented, and the patio is perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast or a lively dinner with friends. We will be back!

Great hotel in the art and museum district. Great neighbourhood. Very friendly staff. Nice, clean and nicely decorated rooms. The hotel is close to a park, bars and restaurant. 30 minutes walk to downtown. Also located near a stop of the free tramway that takes you up to west-village. A must when in Dallas. Definately one of the better hotels in downtown Dallas.

The room was immaculate! I loved the attention to decor details, and OMG the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. The hotel was very well curated and exuded luxury in a new modern and updated kind of way. Special shout out to Curtis for awesome suite upgrade. It made my trip to Dallas a special treat. Would 10/10 recommend a stay here.

In my travels whether domestic or abroad, the Halls Arts by Hilton property ranks top 5. The location is stellar, the design, decor and attention to detail gave boutique hotel vibes. The staff was remarkable, both Ms Johnston and Mr Garcia were accommodating and went above and beyond. The rooms are expertly appointed and align perfectly with the arts district. The Halls Art by Hilton property screamed luxury, refinement and style. From the spiral staircase to the rooftop pool. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling on business or simply looking for a week day or weekend retreat.
