HALL Arts Hotel

Art tour We visited the Hall Arts Hotel specifically to tour the art exhibited there. We were not disappointed. The harried rush of the outside world evaporated the moment concierge Curtis Garcia warmly greeted our art loving group. As host of our tour, Curtis enthusiastically acquainted us with the art as well as the artists - most of whom were locally based. His crafty narratives were engaging prompting us to linger around our favorite pieces as we discussed our thoughts and opinions. Located inside & outside, the tour (self or guided) of this well curated art collection is a "do not miss" activity if you have the time. Curtis, with his passion for art & deep knowledge of the collection, brought the art to heart. Whether you are a sophisticated art aficionado or a simple lover of art, there is something for everyone found within the collection at the Hall Arts Hotel.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous! The customer service was the best that we have had in Dallas. Ellie’s was amazing with great customer service!!! The art work is incredible. Be sure to make an appointment with the Curator, Curtis. He will give a private tour of all of the art work in the hotel. It is wonderful!

Exceptional customer service before I even entered the building. I was turned around and confused about the parking situation, David and Alexis came through with Hall Arts GPS to save the day! Once settled, Clayton delivered on the food recommendations at Ellie's and the following evening Chris backed up his claims of making great cocktails. I didn't have much interaction with Greg, but my sister spoke highly of his service as well. There were a few hiccups with the phone not working in my room (technical issue) and the ticking sound that the ac unit made at night (light sleeper issues). Both easy fixes that would make this 4 star review a 5. Fyi they did offer to switch rooms, but I was already settled and leaving the next day, so I opted for the parh of least resistance and most rest. Continuing with the phenomenal customer service Angelina was most attentive and seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction with my stay as well as noting any concerns I had. And on my way out the door I appreciate Robert and Margarito for their smiles and attentiveness ensuring that I didn't need anything even though I wasn't dining at Ellie's at the time. The overall mission of the stay was to simply relax and refresh while hanging out with my sis. Mission accomplished.

My daughter and I had a great long weekend trip! The entire staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. We did the art tour on the day we arrived and I highly recommend! The guys at the Concierge desk are the best. The house car service is a great perk. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant and lounge are fantastic. We will definitely return!!

This was a repeat stay at Hall Arts. Exceptional customer service and lodging. From the time you valet, check in and check out the staff is more than accommodating and kind. They all appeared to be happy to be at work. Which is an added bonus for me. Now let’s get to where service and excellent were above and beyond. I can’t say enough about Torian and how he made my and my husband’s stay remarkable. He provided a top notch experience for us. Kudos to whoever hired him. This young man gives your hotel a reason to stay again and again. Thank you Hall Arts Hotel for an impeccable stay once again.
