Etienne went above and beyond and made certain I was connected to the right folks whether it was the Engineering staff, other front dresk personnel or valet. He was great. Terrible hotel - do not stay here. I just checked in. My room (room 430) has incredibly loud industrial fans running nonstop right outside the window. I asked to move rooms or for a white noise machine, and I was subjected to the rudest, most abusive treatment I’ve ever received from a front desk clerk. His name is Etienne and he should be fired. Rather than trying to come up with a solution, he just said, “come down here and I’ll cancel your stay” (but obviously without providing any help to find an alternative hotel at 9:45pm at night). Then when I tried to call down to the front desk to ask a follow up question, he just put the phone on indefinite hold and refused to answer it. So I had to walk down to the front desk to ask my question. Literally the worst front desk person I have ever met. Please fire this guy! Also the hotel is undergoing renovations so don’t bother staying here if you need to sleep past 8am.

Sharon was one of the best masseuse I’ve ever had I really enjoyed her.She was very professional and accommodating ! Highly recommend asking for her if you’re going to get one ! Look forward to coming back and will request her and tell everyone I know to come and see her !
