Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed linens were perfect and double sheeted. Bed was very comfortable. Towels were white and fluffy soft. Great amenities. We utilized room service and it was delicious. The staff was accommodating and extremely helpful. The spa was very inviting and most relaxing. I had a marvelous pedicure with Iesha. Delightful staff. Thank you.

I had two issues during my stay but the hotel staff recognized and corrected the problems immediately and to my total satisfaction. I have stayed at the Crescent Court on several occasions and I will definitely continue to do so. My overall experience always rates a 10.

It took 2 and a half hours after check in time to get our room. Nobody was giving us updates and we had to keep asking. We had to rush off to make our dinner reservation and when we returned to the room there was no remote for the TV. Called and waited until they brought it. We turned back the sheets only to find some sort of crusty stuff on the sheets. I do not mean a drop or a stain but a giant patch of something crusty and I do not even know what to say. Never had that experience at Motel 6. They were going to send up housekeeping, but I asked for a manager to come look at it. The young guy at the check in counter came to look at it. He backed away and was as grossed out as we were. We insisted they change the entire bed set, but I am sure the room was full of germs from a terrible cleaning job. They blamed the late room and poor cleaning on the fact that the Mavericks had a home game, and they stay at the hotel when that happens. They also said that they had two weddings that weekend. I asked them if the Mavericks stay and the weddings were last minute like the bus had just pulled in and decided to stay there. My point was they knew these events were happening and did not make sure to have enough staff to handle the load. Our reservation had been in place for three months, but we were knocked down to be taken care of last. This is too high of priced hotel for this kind of treatment for guests. To their credit, the staff was very nice but not prepared to handle these situations. In my mind, the hotel general manager should be fired, and I have never voiced something so drastic in a review. The young man who came to our room did take the first night off our bill which was the proper and appreciated thing to do without having to insist on it. I will not suggest you not stay here but consider your options. We have stayed at Hotel ZaZa and the Ritz-Carlton nearby and only had near perfect experience at them. Why did we switch? I ask myself the same question. I have always wanted to stay here but it was a mistake I will not repeat. Back to my friends at the Ritz-Carlton next time. Same great area which we love but no crusty stuff on the sheets.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. It was my fourth stay and look forward to the next one. Both Nobu and The Capital Grill are excellent restaurants and Ocean Prime is right across the street. Plus, Al Biernat's is not far away and it is magnificient.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the last couple of years and it's generally wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, the service is incredible, and the food is fine. However, one of the reasons I've enjoyed staying there in the past is the Peleton bikes in the gym. And this time around, both of them were broken in some way. They need to be replaced.
