Chic and Luxury Hotel in Downtown Dallas
Excellent hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely hotel lobby with a gorgeous architectural fresh flower arrangement. I stayed for 3 nights and was extremely pleased by the level of service, cleanliness, and luxurious feel of the hotel. The gym is outstanding and coupled with a fantastic spa that includes a cold plunge pool and jacuzzi for the guests to enjoy.

Lovely hotel!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, and its prime location made it incredibly convenient. While I loved the overall experience, there were a few minor inconveniences. The TV remote didn't work properly at night, and reaching room service took longer than expected. Additionally, our room hadn’t been remodeled yet, which was a bit disappointing given that they had renovations. However, these issues didn’t overshadow the hotel’s charm and appeal. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

Outstanding
Shumaila at the front desk was so sweet & even sent us an anniversary gift to our room. “ Rev” the driver was so professional & personal. The room is absolutely beautiful. The views are wonderful , everything is very clean & kept up with from the lobby, room & shopping center . We Will be coming back.

Hotel Creacent court the place to stay in Dallas
Manny at the front desk was soo kind and welcoming despite having some system problems on election day which he handled beautifully. He made our stay very special . Also Gustavo G was wonderful brining our room service ! All the front door men are lovely and welcoming . We love this hotel and look forward to coming back .

Rough around the edges
The shower in my room took 5 minutes to get lukewarm and the pressure was consistent at a trickle. I have still not received a statement and I have no earthly idea why I was charged the (unconscionably) high rate that I was charged. When one calls the hotel for help or response, one gets nowhere—the customer service representatives could not be less rude, bored, or dismissive. In all fairness, the people who work at the hotel—notably Ms. Castro—are perfectly lovely.
