Love this place. Staff was amazing Kaylynn and Larry are absolutely amazing the check in was senseless and was a lot yoy get a better suite. I will always come back to this place. This is my favorite spot when vacationing in form Fort Worth Texas.

2 nights in a row … no heat on the coldest days. Finally change rooms cos we complaint. No apologies or attempts to make this right. Till we complained that heat never went above 65 deg. No coffee maker in room. And lastly my room service hamburger shd have been med rare. Came well done and no onion rings. We are Bonvoy members too. Definitely will not recommend visitors here.

Sarah is the best bartender. I only wish you guys had a juke box…but I didn’t get wifi. Couldn’t log in, and I’m a Marriott Envoy member… why in the world does someone need two hundred characters just to write something. I’m nearly tempted to lower the stars on my review…. But Sarah is too awesome….

I am traveling alone for work & decided to get dinner at the hotel bar. Sarah was very kind and personable. Not only did she provide me with focused attention, but I she was able to give similar attention to the other guests— all while taking & delivering room service orders all night.

This hotel has Absolutely the best bartender (Sarah)! She was amazing… we had dinner at the bar and sat there and watched her in awe!!! Her ability to handle the needs of over 30 people and remember everything was unbelievable. Plus she did it was a smile on her face!!!
