I was at the Omni Dallas for a business meeting that included dinner heavy appetizers and drinks the night before. Emily on the Banquets team was amazing. She made great drinks for our group and carried on nice conversations while never being rattled by guests' drink requests. Great job Emily!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which was unfortunately the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. 1. Check-In Issue When I checked in on January 15, the check-in agent, Sydney, mistakenly reversed my first and last names. As a result, I was unable to access the hotel’s guest Wi-Fi using the provided login credentials. While I chose not to address this issue at the front desk as I relied on my mobile data, it highlighted a lack of attention to detail from your staff, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. 2. Water Supply Problems On the morning of January 16, I experienced significant water supply issues in my room. The toilet had no cold water supply, making it impossible to flush. Additionally, extremely hot water was flowing from the cold water taps in both the bathroom sink and the tub, creating a serious safety hazard. I immediately contacted guest services, and an engineer was sent to investigate. However, he was unable to resolve the issue. When I returned to my room later that evening, the problem persisted. I reported the issue again and personally visited the front desk to request a room change. I was initially informed that the engineer would recheck the room, but no one arrived for a prolonged period. After additional follow-ups, I was finally given a new room (1411), only to find that the same issue existed there. As this was late at night, we decided not to move rooms again and attempted to manage the situation ourselves. When the engineers eventually arrived, they advised letting the water run for 15–20 minutes to reduce the temperature. While this allowed us to use the facilities minimally, the issue was never fully resolved. Additionally, I discovered that the water in the toilet tank was also hot, causing the porcelain to feel warm to the touch—an alarming and highly unusual situation. 3. Housekeeping Neglect On January 17, after returning late at night from an NBA game, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, the trash had not been emptied, and the used towels had not been replaced. This level of neglect was extremely disappointing. To resolve the issue, I contacted guest services and requested clean towels. After waiting 15 minutes and making three follow-up calls, my wife went to the front desk to request towels directly. Shockingly, the front desk staff asked her to provide ID before fulfilling her request. This unnecessary demand added further frustration to an already disappointing experience, especially since the hotel had failed to deliver basic housekeeping services. Conclusion These incidents reflect a pattern of poor service, lack of professionalism, and operational inefficiency that made our stay deeply unsatisfactory. The combination of check-in errors, unresolved water supply issues, and neglectful housekeeping left us frustrated and disappointed. Given these experiences, I will not consider staying at an Omni hotel again. I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent similar situations for future guests.

My room with a king bed and city view cost roughly $540+ and this included an additional charge of $75 for an early check-in. I travel 3 out of every 4 weeks and while the room was adequate it was not a $540 room. A 4PM check in and 11AM check out (both were rigorously enforced) is ridiculous for a room that cost this much. If the room is ready they should skip the additional fees. At any rate the room had all the basics you would expect. Not worth $540 but an adequate room. The property itself is nice but you need to be aware that there is no open on-site high end restaurant on Sunday nights as Bob's Steak and Chop House is closed Sundays. I stayed here specifically because I was recently injured and needed access to a hot tub as I traveled. I called before booking and before arriving to ensure the hot tub was open and functional and was assured that it was both times. After dinner I went to use the hot tub and had to call the front desk because the room key wouldn't access the pool area. After waiting 30 minutes for security to unlock the door, the guard informed me that since so few people have been using the hot tub the door is kept locked. Walked up to the hot tub and had the place to myself. Sat down in the hot tub only to find that the Omni Dallas has a tub and they most certainly do not have a hot tub right now. It would be generous to say it was warm because it was at most 80 degrees. Went to see if there were controls I could use to turn it on to heat and come back later and the only control was for the spa jets and they were broken. It was a complete waste of time. Bottom line don't count on the hot tub being functional in the winter.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff that was very welcoming. Great variety of fabulous food. Nice bars in lobby and a sports bar. My husband used The fitness center, hot tub and pool everyday. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Relaxing environment. Plus they had excellent room service.

Was told over the phone that I was not going to be charged for changing my room to face the Reunion Tower. When I questioned the bill at the hotel, the front reception told me in a standoff way that “of course we charge an extra fee, we get a commission when we do that. You must have talked to someone at the main number and not at our hotel. They must not know our charges.” The extra room I was put in the view was not even good for seeing the Reunion Tower that I asked for. The window seals must be bad because there is a massive fog all over and you can’t even look outside.
