Reviews for Omni Dallas Hotel

My experience at the Omni Dallas Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

This hotel is easily one of the most stunning places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment I arrived, the customer service exceeded all expectations, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and seamless experience. The hotel room itself was absolutely gorgeous—immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable.

Great value stay in downtown Dallas

Great value hotel in downtown Dallas - high quality rooms, amenities and customer service. A number on site restaurant options that were good as well. Omni accommodated an early check in and check out for our stay without charge. Only downside was that wifi was not complimentary

Wonderful

Very helpful making my stay nice my family and I will be back again. The staff was nice and the ballroom was huge. I enjoyed the food. The facilities were very accommodating. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. I rate my overall stay a 10

Careful of expectations

For the price you pay and the loyalty program they promote, you sure do not feel like the staff or facility, want to assist in making that experience worth the money or to be loyal. The hotel also does it's best to charge you for every thing they can while there during your stay. Would love to give the location another chance, it may have been a bad weekend. This one was not great at all.

Anniversary Trip

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Large beautiful room with fantastic views. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Food in all restaurants in hotel were excellent. Nice gift shop. Exceptional pool and sitting areas around hotel lobby. Very festive Christmas decoration. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated when we mentioned we were staying for our wedding anniversary. Texas Spice restaurant gave us an anniversary dessert after our dinner. And the following day, Warren Weiss sent us a delicious and special anniversary dessert to our room. Amazing the thoughtfulness and sincere care for us while we were in their hotel. Lots of fun activities provided by hotel such as pop up ice skating rink. Hops & Hens is such a fun restaurant for fabulous fried chicken strips and special homemade sauces, loaded tater tots, friend corn riblets. If you live in the area, visit these restaurants and Christmas cavities even if you’re not staying overnight. We will return during the holidays this year to take our family for skating and enjoying Hops & Hens & Texas Spice! You should, too 😊
