Stayed on a recent business trip and was unable to get any rest the whole week due to noise from street, rattling of bathroom door and painting when air turned on and noise from the hallway and room next door. So surprised that this luxury hotel was so poorly insulated from noise. Staff is great, super friendly. Catered food was delicious, but skip the little Daisy and room service—-not good. Oh, and if you need a wake-up call don’t rely on it as your sole alarm—-received mine 45 minutes after the time I requested. They do provide robes and slippers, be sure to wear the slippers as the floors are covered with dust bunnies! Wouldn’t return on my own dime.

I booked a stay using my Amex Platinum FHR benefit. We dined at the Catbird restaurant inside the hotel and charged the bill of $120 to our room. I travelled a lot (was Haytt Globalist and currently Lifetime Marriott Titanum) and usually ask them to email the hotel bill. I had some time when I was checking out so I asked for a printed bill. I realized that they charged $120 to my room twice under two receipt #. I pointed out the mistake. They fixed the bill. Not a big deal. About 2 hours later, I received an email from the hotel with updated bill which shows the breakfast charge. My booking includes $75 breakfast benefit which was not applied. I called the hotel. Their explanation was that my $75 benefit was not entered in the system. They just entered it while I was calling them. I don’t expect two billing errors happened on the same stay. I don’t recommend this hotel due to this experience.

I called the hotel to ask a favor for a friend that was bringing her 10 year old son to Dallas for a Mavericks game on his birthday and the woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. She definitely went out of her way to help make a young man’s birthday special. Thank you Nasro!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. We stayed in a corner unit on the 14th floor. Views from the tub and king bed were amazing and relaxing. Staff did more than expected and needed to make sure we enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed. The art walk was cool to see. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the hot tub.

Nice property in the middle of downtown Dallas. Friendly staff and Little Daisy had great happy hour with nice cocktails. We also enjoyed breakfast. We stayed there for a little staycation and had a great night. There is a self-park garage that can be used for hotel guests that is much cheaper than valet, much better if you will not be doing in and out.
