Beautiful Hotel and Great Staff!
Fun decor, coffee shop and restaurant onsite –our room was clean and quiet and both the check in staff and Arnulfo went above and beyond in customer service!

Amazing staff
My experience with the staff here was just wonderful. Of course the building is beautiful, but every employee I interacted with here gave wonderful customer service. I wasn’t able to catch the bellman’s name who helped me, but the bartenders who wowed me were Troy and Justin. With front desk, it was Rose and Arnulfo. Just needed to give them a shoutout and hope they get taken care of by this company for their exemplary customer service.

Just had a fantastic stay at the Virgin Hotel! Stylish decor, comfortable rooms, a vibrant atmosphere, and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and upscale experience. The Valet was super helpful as well. We will be back.
