A Great Overnight Getaway!
Great staff, including the front desk, the coffee bar and the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Troy took fantastic care of us at brunch on Sunday. America was very friendly and helpful at the front desk too. And Halli took fantastic care of us at dinner.

Amazing Service
From when I got out of the Uber, it was amazing service. They grabbed my suitcase from the Uber, brought it to the front desk. The front desk provided me with all the information and went above and beyond to give me hairspray because I said I forgot some products. The bartender Troy was amazing and provided me with great promotions and food/drink service. I’m only 3 hours in and have had the best experience at any hotel.

Lovely Staycation
Hospitality was top-notch. I loved my room. I slept peacefully. Lobby bar was great. Had the brisket hash with a Kir Royale. Yummy Also view of the city was awesome from my room.

Amazing Hotel
From the moment I pulled up to the hotel, it was great service. The amenities in the room were perfect. I really enjoyed the Virgin theme, with red elevators, red couch in the room, and red shower.

Great customer service
During my three night stay at the Virgin Hotel, I received excellent service from house keeping, the valet service people, and the receptionists. Arnulfo and Elizabeth, two of the receptionist, were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful that made themselves available to my needs during my stay.
