This unique property continues its excellence.
It was our 8th time visiting this property, and we continue to enjoy the experience. We had 2 rooms for our family in the Club Level. The service at the club continues to excel. Special call outs to Diane Tango, whose care, concern and attention to detail is unrivaled. She is a big reason we keep coming back. Also appreciate the service from Sylvia and Yolino. But really, everyone was awesome. And, the views and property remain unique and spectacular. Hard to find a more tranquil and special place. Consistent quality and attention to detail make this property stand out. Thanks for another great stay.

What a wonderful way to spend a weekend!!
A terrific location - right on the ocean. We had an ocean view room with truly spectacular views. The service is superb (offered a glass of champagne while we checked in)! The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the wonderful town of Laguna.

Best Experience!!
What a Great Experience! Everyone was so friendly and professional! I would like to give a special thanks to the front desk for the beautiful accommodations and overall spectacular time on the property. Before I ever got to the hotel I was connected with Monica and somehow I continued being connected with her throughout the stay when I would pick up the phone for whatever I was wondering about. She was UNBELIEVABLE!! I never saw her face to face but she was warm, kind and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING!! I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years and I take pride in giving Great Service and I never really expect the type of service that I provide but this property and the Awesome people that I Experienced was just as good if not better than me. Just WOW!

Another great stay at the Ritz at Dana Point.
The service from valet to breakfast to dinner was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and service oriented. The hotel was decorated for Christmas. The environment was friendly and casual. The bar area was comfortable and friendly with excellent food and drink.

Randi was the best!!
Randi took the best care of us at the bar! We were in town for a family get together and she made us have the most fun and her warm hospitality was the best! We will be back. The dogs loved it as well! The martinis and the cocktails were phenomenal as we have come to expect from Ritz Carlton.
