Furama Resort Danang

It was kind and comfortable. The bedding is clean. I like the room view, the swimming pool is nice, and the breakfast is delicious.

It's good that the room is clean~ It's right in front of the beach, so it's good to take a walk.

Had a second visit to Furama Resort after my first visit for Furama villas in 2019. And my decision for the re-visit was absolutely CORRECT. The staffs were so nice and welcomed us just as before, and the overall condition of the resort was great. They even upgraded our room for no reason. If someone ask me to find a place for staying in Da Nang, I would recommend this resort without any doubt. Surely, there could be some improvement-needed things (e.g. old room conditions due to long history of the resort), but so far I highly satisfied for the Furama during two visits. Well done Furama, keep doing like this.

I don't know where to start with this review as there is so much to write. Booking in: given a lovely cold towel and a refreshing drink. Staff were courteous, polite and friendly and could not have done more. Room: Gorgeous spacious garden room overlooking a pool. Rooms are cleaned every day and are spotless, towels are changed with the room clean every day and someone comes round at night to give you bedtime chocolates and ask if you need more towels. Breakfast: wow where do I start - there is so much choice! Fruit, salad, cold meats and cheeses, indian, english, vietnamese, there is something for everyone. Pools and beach: extremely well maintained with even the beach being brushed every day! Location: perfect, you are right on the beach which goes on forever, great way to walk off the breakfast!. Walk outside and you have shops, bars and restaurants. Please divert down the side streets as you will find an amazing local indoor/outdoor market which is a treasure and also a vintage clothes shop, picked up some amazing designer gear here. Massage - if you are there longer than 4 days you get a complimentary 90 minute massage. My husband had it, he had never had one before, and he loved it. Taxis - download the Grab app as this is the local Uber. Extremely cheap so try to organise your own trips, Hoi An £10 return, Lady Buddha £20 return. Google attractions then price them up on the app. There is a desk in the lobby that does personal trips ie you have your own transport, driver and guide. We booked Marble Mountain and Golden Bridge and it was a totally amazing experience. We fully intend to revisit Vietnam and no doubt will be staying at this hotel.

The facilities are clean and the staff is kind. I made a reservation for a resort, but they gave me a free upgrade to a villa!
