Service: 10/10 Lovely lovely people! Whether they were at the front desk, or the restaurant, business center, the pool, or IT services — everyone went above and beyond. We felt truly welcome. Food:10/10 Breakfast was fantastic, and no matter the restaurant at the hotel we had our meals in, it was always good. I would recommend Alcove. Pool:10/10 Can’t tell whether it’s heated or if it was a hot day. However, I loved the pool, it’s perfectly positioned by the sea. Rooms:8/10 Very spacious and are kept very clean. My only issues were that all the phones were down at time which made communication tough. They did say they were fixing this. The second issue is that the room does not have an overhead light and relies on lamps for moody lighting. All the lamps were on and my room constantly felt dark. I would still 100% be back.

Experience , Ambience , Cleanliness , coutrous staff , scenic view ...all was so perfect...My Holidays became really memorable..Also the Manager Mr.Moses , Miss Hawa and staff Sporah , Jerry , Ibrahim all were always alert responsive and helpful and kind.. Food also was best in taste and hygiene.. Would like to stay again whenever in Dar..

10/10 …highly recommend.
Fantastic service, amazing breakfast, very warm and helpful staff. The Karambezi restaurant is a 10/10. A special mention to Pendo and Gertrude, their service was excellent. They really personalized their service and gave us their best.

2nd visit in 7 years
I love this hotel for the sheer views from the room and restaurant locations. It is my oasis in Dar Es Salaam. I love the Karembuzi hotel. One suggestion is to provide the bacon cooked to a crisp end, it was a bit too fresh. Perhaps an upgrade is in order else no complaints from me.
