They are very discriminatory in their services. Don’t be surprised if you go hungry because the food you ordered is given to someone they prefer. Or if you're made to move rooms to accommodate someone they want to stay in that room instead. How is it possible that you communicate with them, agree on the service costs, pay for the service, travel all the way there, and then end up being discriminated.

Exceptional Service at Seacliff Hotel Dar Es Salaam
Our Stay at the recently refurbished Seacliff Hotel, was truly amazing. The room set up was beautiful, the location was picturesque up above the cliff face with stunning views. The service, hospitality and assistance from all the staff were exceptional. The breakfast offerings was excellent from the air conditioned room with seasonal fruit treats like mango, pineapple, passion fruit including fresh chilled coconut drink, this was a refreshing experience, Sue the manager was always on site checking all was perfect. The entire service, staff was outstanding, clean comfortable rooms and our stay was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel to others, we will return for another stay for sure. Atul & Mina

The sea experience
Greta location Andrea room and nice seafood restaurant where you can have a great seafood platter with a nudge see view . The service was great and people are very friendly with a local smile that you don’t forget for a while I recommend this experience specially after 6 days I Serengeti wawooooo experience
