Amazing hospitality!
The service we received from Eddie Negron was amazing. Eddie went out of his way to greet us by name each time we saw him. Eddie also recommended a few local eateries which were spot on. We look forward to our return to the newly renovated rooms and more importantly, to see Eddie!

Exceptional Staff, great location!
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in November. The hotel is finishing up renovations and we were aware of that when booking. Unfortunately more was closed than we thought. No restaurant or bar open on site and the on site pool was closed too. But the location of the hotel, the beach club and most importantly the amazing staff absolutely made up for it! Bellmen Eddie and Ron are absolute gems! The Beach club is an easy walk or you can take the shuttle. The shuttle is also a wonderful option for getting to and from downtown. We would shuttle down for dinner and then walk home to burn the calories from the great meals we had. We had a couples massage and it was excellent too although the Spa facilities themselves were a little meh. We look forward to our next trip to the Seagate and highly recommend staying there! Ps (if you’re a lite sleeper ask to be in a room that’s not front facing. The road noise is loud on a Saturday night and also on weekday mornings)

Seagate Hotel
We love it and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff is absolutely the best, the private beach club is amazing, the location is fabulous. Walk to the best restaurants and shopping.

Sea Gate Hotel Delray Beach
The biggest issue was with the massive renovation that was going on that we were unaware of before we booked. No lobby, no restaurant, bar or pool. The construction noises started at 6:30 am. The bright light to this was Eddie N. Who was friendly, helpful and resourceful. He should be the concierge! I will mention that management did compensate us for the lack of communication about the renovation which I think was fair. I’m sure it will be much better for everyone when it is complete and will look forward to returning after all is done but would not recommend until that is finished.

Hotel was under renovation improvements. But I have to say the service here is exceptional. Eddie was hands on and talked us through restaurants, rides and recommendations, so friendly and such a professional. Bart, the figure out your tv dude was great as well. Their shuttle driverJemby there when we needed a ride. I can totally recommend this hotel.
