This was a totally fine spot for a one-night stay. The room was spacious, but a little outdated with some dented furniture. The bed was comfortable, and there was a Bluetooth speaker by the bed so I could stream some white noise because otherwise the room got very quiet. The bathroom was comfortable, although it too showed a bit of age. Great water pressure, though, and plenty of hot water. I also give them props for being able to get me an early check in without paying extra. The app had my room ready for me by the time my plane touched down in Denver at 11am! The hotel itself is very large. The view out of my room was mediocre, mostly of a running track and sports court, but I wasn't there for the view anyway. They have a little market in the lobby that sells snacks and coffee/pastries in the morning. It is exorbitantly priced, but that is a hotel for you. Everyone I interacted with at the hotel very nice. While I wouldn't daydream about my next visit, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The best thing about this GH is its service! Everyone from the reception to the valet to the breakfast buffet servers was very responsive and nice. We got upgraded to the VIP suite as a Globalist and it was the biggest room I've stayed at in a city hotel. The only thing is that could be improved is the breakfast. It's not quite consistent between the two days we stayed there.

Nice hotel and rooms are very clean. Comfy beds and Chromecast was convenient for the TV. Pool was easy to access and uncrowded. Facilities overall are very clean and well maintained. Having the market and restaurant downstairs was convenient (brussels sprouts and salmon were delicious!) Staff really excelled when we had a need and showed us kindness in their willingness to assist. We are grateful for their help.

I would gladly stay here again. The location is convenient to downtown Denver. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Meeting spaces were modern and well-suited to our needs. I also really appreciate Hyatt's loyalty program.

I was having a terrible day because of my air travels. I was delayed 6 hours and when I got to Downtown Denver I had to walking in pouring rain over a mile to get to the Grand Hyatt. When I arrived at the hotel, dripping wet, Cameron was at the desk to check me in. I unloaded on him about my travel nightmare. He was very sympathetic with my plight, and put me in a spectacular room on the 23rd floor. He was very helpful and explain all the options available to me at the hotel. My room was very comfortable. All of the associates I encounter went beyond to be helpful and friendly. The was my first stay in a Hyatt branded hotel, and as a result if possible, I will chooses Hyatt first. They gave top notch service.
