Excellent place and service

I've travelled alot and stayed and luxury hotels but this is by far the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Usually I go out doing tourist things on holiday. I did not want to leave this hotel. Excellent service and breakfast. I'm very fussy with food and usually don't like hotel breakfast but this was excellent. All the staff also Veronica,franko, mamadou, the Algerian lady who checked me in staff atnthe pool area. Everyone was just amazing. Im so glad I change my flight dates to stay for6 nights instead ofn4 when I found this hotel. They also allowed me to check out 3 hrs late for free. This was a solo trip and I did video call while there and showed my friend the hotel. She's dying to come and I'm planning to come back with her hopefully before end of the year. Thank you for the services. I also don't usually give reviews but I had to give one on this place

Amazing stay

I had an amazing stay at Fairmont! From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials. I especially loved the little touches, like how well everything was organized and inviting. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to check out. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with so many tasty options to choose from. What really made the stay special was how helpful and attentive the staff was. They went out of their way to make my experience great. I’d definitely recommend Fairmont

“We celebrated Christmas Eve with our family at the Fairmont Hotel in December 2024, and our stay was exceptional. We received outstanding customer service from Christian and Jovlon, who made us feel truly welcome. The food at Vaia Restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making our dining experience memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.”

Dear Fairmont I would like to address the experience at my recent stay at Fairmont Doha. Unfortunately from the second we arrived to the moment we left our experience was absolutely disgraceful. My husband and I booked this hotel as we had heard such amazing reviews and wanted to spend 5 nights for his birthday. We had informed the hotel that we required an early check in. When we arrived we were not welcomed in the correct way, we were told we had to wait until 11am, even though we had arrived at 6am. Upon arrival we were told there was no where we could rest or freshen up while we waited for our room to be ready. We asked if we could have breakfast while our room is ready and we would be happy to wait. The hotel did not provide us with an area to rest or even a water to drink! We were told by the very rude reception staff that we had to go and pay for our own breakfast despite being on a half board package. After waiting hours for our room and exhausted from a very long flight. The check in lasted less than a minute and we were given zero information about the restaurants or any amenities. That evening I tried to contact concierge however I had to make several phone calls before getting through. To note every single time I contacted the concierge during my stay I had to phone multiple times as no one would pick up. On this occasion we enquired what restaurants are included in the half board package. The restaurant told us we can only go to Vaya restaurant. The next day my husband phoned and asked and they told him Vaya, Masala and provok, the next day I went to the reception to ask and they said only Vaya and masala. Every single person we spoke to at the hotel told us something completely different which is absolutely unacceptable. When staying at a luxury establishment such as Fairmont you expect luxury service and attention to detail which we did not receive here at all. The reception staff were all incredibly rude, would never greet us or even smile. My entire experience here I felt incredibly awkward and unwelcome. Due to this we only got to try two of the restaurants only once, which was a complete waste of money. During one of the days we realised our room had not been cleaned. Fed up of all the bad experiences we had in the hotel we decided to raise this issue with the hotel manager. We spoke with the hotel manager who listened to our issues and told us that he could give us a free dinner. His resolution was incredibly insensitive and I found it very insulting. We had spent the last 5 nights, not eating properly, terrible service, our room not cleaned which completely ruined my husbands experience and our stay at Fairmont. I spoke with the manager again telling him I could not accept a dinner as this is very upsetting to me. He told me he would get back to me and never did. The level of care has been appalling and i am disgusted and disappointed in how i have been treated by Fairmont Doha. My husband and i have stayed in many Fairmonts all over the world as well as Raffles and other luxury hotels of this calibre. But never have we recieved such disappointing service. I am extremely let down and hurt by Fairmont Doha. Worst experience and ruined my husbands birthday

Went to the Masala Library at the Fairmont Hotel in Doha. Lwin was my waiter and his service was excellent!! So spectacular and loves what he does! He made my day for the few hours spent there😊👍🏻 Absolutely GREAT guy. Thanks for the service.
