The Design .. The Details .. Meticulously chosen .. spacious room Bed is so soft you won’t want to get up! Now, Activity wise ! Happened to attend an aerobic class in the pool with Mr George ( Personal Trainer ) ! Lovely Experience.. Should definitely try it out :)

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, if there is 10 stars i will give them all for a great hotel, thank you so much.

The best experience I had, Fairmont hotel is one of my favorite hotel everything is beautiful and fantastic The first thing I get out to my car they will open the door I feel like I’m a princess Thank you so much to the best service experienced. from the concierge especially to Mr Randy,’Marco , Franco,Joseph , Sharadi and Rama Secondly our room was incredibly clean Luxurious with a nice view of the sea We never forget the excellent service provided by Fahad Rahaman-service waiter his so helpful and kind Nayem Hassan and Min Tun housekeeping thank you for always being there to provide our request for the room. Third we enjoy the facilities especially the sauna , steam bath thank you for your genuine hospitality Ms Siribhan Mr Paul lifeguard department thank you for your service Lastly Ms Omaima Supervisor from the Dome Cafe appreciate your excellent service and your kindness Thanks to all the staff of Fairmont you make us more happy because of the generosity and excellent customer service you provide to us. I can’t wait to visit and spend our holidays again soon

I had an incredible dining experience at Provok! The ambiance was elegant, the food was exquisite, and the red wine selection was outstanding—perfectly paired with our meal. Special thanks to Yassine, our waiter, who provided exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome throughout the evening. Yassine’s professionalism and warm hospitality truly elevated our experience. I highly recommend Provok for anyone looking for top-tier dining and excellent service❤️
