Four Seasons Hotel Doha

This was my first visit to The Four Seasons Doha, but won't be my last. The hotel is impeccably staffed, guest rooms were luxuriously appointed, very comfortable, and cleaned to perfection daily. With beach front location along the famous Corniche, the hotel has a wide range of activities, a beautiful spa, and excellent food from a variety of cuisines. The concierge assisted in arranging for day and night excursions around town to cultural institutions as well as the desert--the latter a must, including star gazing and camel rides! If Doha is on your vacation bucket list, staying at the Four Seasons is a must.

After 13 different Four Seasons in the last 4 years we decided to stay again in a FS for our short break and new job celebration in Doha Qatar. Overall we had a very good experience but compared to other FS properties something was missing, even though I would rate it 5 stars (4,5 would have been correct). Rooms: We had a very nice premier season view room in the middle of the building at 15th floor (of 17 floors in total). I believe that the rooms are newly renovated, very chic and cozy on the same time with a great view! 5 of 5 Location and property: Very good located in the middle of Doha. You can reach Souq Waqif and the modern center in 10 minutes, airport and the Pearl in 20 minutes, so a perfect location to make sightseeing in Doha. The FS has a small and private and very nice beach only for hotel guests. No public beaches are close by, what we enjoyed. The pool are is really nice, with different pools and jacuzzis. As well as three restaurants and two bars. Only deficit, there is no adults only area, or should I say there is but not respected. If you come in a couples plans or from business you might feel disturbed a little bit on busy days. 4 of 5 Food: Amazing! We had dinner at Curiosa and the Latin American food was really great as well as the cocktails. We also had dinner twice at Nobu, amazing food, cool place and nice happy hour from 6-8pm. They also have special dinner nights (Caribbean nights) with live music. Breakfast at Curiosa was always delicious with a la Carey and buffet option. 5 of 5 Service: Servus is really professional. From the check in and the quick and comfortable chatting possibility via the FS App which we usually use. In comparison to other FS properties we felt the first 2-3 days a lack of personalization. Everything was really good but the personal touch that we had for example at Seychelles, London or Serengeti was not there. It’s still 5 star but if you know what other properties do you could feel that at Doha it’s “regular FS service”. Which can be also from the culture. After having 1-2 smaller incidents the service changed complete and was very personal. Special thanks here to Gonzalo Bueno the F&B Manager. A very special thanks to Vinay from breakfast, from the first day he remembered our orders. And also on busy days did a great job. The same for Abhi from the pool area! I also want to point out the great service at Nibu! From Ayub from Bali and the guys from Argentina, very warm and professional service. Would have been 4of5 the first 2,5 days and then 6 of 5 the last two days. Overall: I believe that the FS is a top selection at Doha, with a great pool and beach area and delicious restaurants. If they achieve to evelate their service like it was the last two days definitely a 10 of 10.

On short notice we booked a family vacation at the Four Seasons Hotel in Doha. We have travelled to many beautiful places and hotels before, but we have never experienced such an outstanding customer service before. All employees starting at breakfast, to the pool bar, reception and concierge treated us like VIPs and provided a special attention we have never experienced before. Everyone was very attentive and made us feel warmly welcomed. Wow - we are very impressed and will be back!

I had the best experience at Four Seasons Doha. This was a 2 night layover to our real honeymoon destination but I was so sad to leave. I wish I could stay longer at the Four Seasons because there was so much to explore. We really utilized their spa amenities because it was the best spa amenities that we have ever experienced. The front desk/concierge was extremely helpful way before we even stepped into the hotel. I emailed back and forth with the converge in assisting in booking various reservations and they made the planning of our Doha trip effortless. Our honeymoon was so special because they decorated our room with dessert and balloons and a beautiful bouquet. It made it even more a special time staying here. I will definitely come back and stay longer.

An impressive hotel. As soon as you enter the foyer, you know that this is going to be special. We were upgraded to a suite, a corner room with stunning views of the sea and the city. The room was spacious and beautifully decked out. The staff were fantastic. Their attention to detail was amazing. They knew our names and preferred table to sit at. The service was impeccable. Breakfast was stunning with a wide variety of choices and a fantastic selection of cheeses.
