Park Hyatt Doha

I was happy to stay at the Park Hyatt Doha and felt very welcome as it was very clean. Rooms are what you can expect from a 5 star hotel, clean, comfortable and have all the requirements. Breakfast was spot on and the staff is very helpful. The food they serve in the evening in both restaurants is from a high standard and very tasty.

Great amenities, beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and great location. Highly recommend! The area is great and very walkable, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and positive. It was a great experience.

Amazing welcome and professionalism by Antaraa. She tried her best to accommodate me and she is just remarkable. The room that she gave me is amazing with city view. And as usual, this Park Hyatt is beautifully designed, clean and has full amenities. 5 star indeed! Highly recommend this hotel and thanks Antaraa.

Currently staying at this hotel arrived Thursday evening and an hour spent arguing/debating with a man at front desk. We requested connecting rooms.as 3 women travelling with a 3yr old. Had contacted hotel in advance and advised to just request on arrival. I was immediately refused and front desk man insisted I pay for an upgrade to the presidential suite and kept selling this even though I politely said no. After being told he would adjust system and get us connecting rooms he decided after 20 minutes to refuse again. At this point we had been up since 3am in the morning and very upset at all the messing around. The man serving was smirking and when I was unhappy at this we eventually got a manager approach. The manager did help us in getting connecting rooms which we appreciated but insisted the fault of the situation was ours and her colleagues. Completely disagree with this as we didnothing wrong and her staff had lied but we were too tired to argue. Also for the first time we were asked to tell hotel staff what they can do to make things better when this is something they should be thinking of. I will however compliment the staff at breakfast and especially ramella who goes above and beyond each morning and could train other staff on how to manage a hotel. There is a lovely lady who always seats us and she greets with a smile who I would like to compliment but unfortunately do not remember her name. Staying at 5 star hotels around the world and currently I have to say Park hyatt doha is letting down the name hyatt but will update if improves anymore.

As Hyatt didn't send me the survey after I checked-out, hence I have wrote the feedback to the hotel here. Thanks for the exceptional services provided by Antaraa & Lucas - Front desk!! I feel really welcome when I arrived the hotel! The breakfast is a must try even if you are a night owl! Thanks for the exceptional services provided by Eliaph during breakfast! Overall everywhere and everything is clean and tidy. As a globalist member, I can definitely say that the hotel meet and above my expectation, and I feel really satisfied to stay with Park Hyatt Doha. If I travel to Doha again next time I will definitely consider to stay with Park Hyatt again!
