Nice experience
Good location , claean rooms and hotel with nice smell, when we reached our room take 20 min to be ready over the time but, the size of the room was good that fit 3 person, when we asked for additional bed they add for us before we reach the room , the reception staff where helpful in treat with us weel and happily, every thing was perfeect

Great staff made the difference
Had a delightful stay. All the staff we met were helpful and professional, especially the concierge, Wony. The wait staff at breakfast was attentive and took the time to make us feel welcome every morning. Kudos! They make all the difference .

Amazing experience!
Amazing experience! The hotel exceeded our expectations, location, food, service and staff were incredible! And for a good price! We really enjoyed the place and how easy was to access to many of the attractions we wanted to visit! But we have to point out that the best part was the customer service we received from the employees, they are amazing. I would definitely come back to Doha, Qatar!!!

Superb hotel in perfect location
Chose this hotel for location as we were attending the Grand Prix in Lusail, and it’s right on the main Metro line, making getting to and from the circuit very easy. Loved the hotel, greeting at reception very warm, and every day from the Concierge staff. Our room on the 17th floor was amazing, no need to upgrade, it had everything and more. Bed was sooooo comfy, bathroom huge, could’ve been more drawer/cupboard storage. Housekeeping excellent, we had to have maintenance in a couple of time as the safe kept locking up, but they were very quick. Restaurant Opus nice food, service a little slow, Japanese restaurant on 21st floor contained the bar, watch out for the long trouser dress-code, drinks expensive as to be expected. Perfect location also for 5 minute walk into Souq Waqif, which we used to do for brunch and dinner most days . . We never did breakfast at the hotel . .couldn’t justify the £27 per head! Had a lovely midweek massage special, well worth the £90 for an hour . .didn’t get to try the pool, just didn’t have time. Would definitely stay here again if back in Qatar!

Incredible Stay at Park Hyatt Doha
Incredible hospitality at the Park Hyatt Doha. Special thanks to Shahad for going above and beyond with tips and advice for my trip and Maganda for making sure all my needs were fulfilled during my stay. Both are great assets. Recommend PH Doha for those seeking comfort and luxury whilst exploring Doha - the service is unmatched.
