The Ritz-Carlton, Doha

We had a family trip in January 2025 and had an amazing experience.The staff is so good teached(at the restaurant in hotel and at the beach bar) I would like to thank Jack,Hamza and Rakibal for being so nice with us at the beach bar. Whole team is perfect!

All 5 star hotels have amenities similar to one another, as well as marbled floors and shiny things, they all are manicured to perfection. But what a lot of them lack is staff that make you and your family feel special. Sure they can all say hi and smile, but it's more than that which makes an experience special, it's the attention to detail, the constant reminder that you as a customer matter. I must compliment whoever is responsible for the hiring and training of staff here. They have meticulously hand-picked only the best, if you are considering if this hotel would be good for a stay with or without your family I would not hesitate, hand down some of the best customer service iv experienced in the last 15 years.

We had such a great time at The Ritz-Carlton! From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff made us feel so welcome. I have to give a shoutout to Aya she was incredible! She made sure we were taken care of and went out of her way to check in and see if we needed anything. You don’t always get that level of care, and it really made a difference. She’s such a gem! The little surprises, like the flowers in our room, were such a nice touch. It’s those details that make a stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another amazing experience.

What a place. I've been fortunate enough to stay in some lovely hotels, but this one was fantastic. What makes the difference is that the staff are super friendly and offer first class customer service. Dira and the team made us feel incredibly welcome and the quality of their service and the food that they provided was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended resort.

I visited the hotel for a family vacation. The hotel is magnificent and the staff is very nice and always ready to help anticipating all our needs. The room was beautiful, the pool perfect, the spa relaxing and the beach was wonderful. I would like to thank everyone for their service: the reception, all the breakfast staff, Allen from guest service, Linette from concierge, our room attendant Shadab, the guys that work at the pool and at the beach especially Solomon. The hotel was perfect and Doha is a wonderful city to visit.
