From start to finish, our stay at Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel was truly exceptional. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, but the level of service and genuine hospitality we experienced here was truly unparalleled. Even before our arrival, the team’s attentiveness was evident when they reached out via email to ask if we had any special requests. I had simply asked for our rooms to be near each other, and not only was my request fulfilled, but we were also given connecting rooms, which made our family trip even more comfortable. This level of proactive and personalized care continued throughout our entire stay. From the warm welcome with coffee and sweet treats to the many kind team members who greeted us by name, every detail reflected true hospitality. What touched me the most was how the restaurant team noticed my father’s vision impairment and thoughtfully reserved a table with better lighting—without us even having to ask. These small yet meaningful gestures truly set this hotel apart. Every single staff member contributed to making us feel welcome, valued, and completely at ease. I am already looking forward to returning to Qatar—not only because I felt safe and appreciated the cleanliness of the country, but especially because of the extraordinary hospitality we experienced at Sharq Village & Spa. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unparalleled luxury experience. I will be sharing our wonderful stay on platforms like Tripadvisor and Google, because such outstanding service deserves to be recognized! Excellent service and experience! This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The restaurant has the most extensive food selection and service I have ever experienced. Md shah jalal And Manik Tonamy were the nicest and efficient hosts in the restaurant. Reception was excellent, the beach view rooms were clean and beautifully presented. The Spa was great. Sauna and Ice baths every day. Go to this place it is well worth it.

I have had a week here and I could not speak more highly of the facilities and the service standards, with the team members all incredibly good at holding a conversation, making recommendations and being very attentive. The food is all delicious, in particular I have enjoyed the Indian cuisine on the room dining menu, and the beach cafe food for lunch. The rooms are large and well equipped, with modern touches, and the location is a short taxi to the Souq, or the Pearl Island, or just take a stroll along the corniche. I had a wonderful surprise one evening with my bed made up with a beautiful butterfly and rose petals, which was very touching since I was a solo traveller. I did not feel lonely here and I was able to carry on writing my novel and read many books in tranquility. I could not have felt more welcome and looked after and some members of the team that I want to thank are Sogir for the Butterfly Bed, Marouane and Matthew for the engaging chat at reception and recommendations for dinner, the all the team at the beach.

The Hotel is clean, beautiful and offers many opportunities for having a joyful time. I appreciate that the Spa Area is separate for man and women. Especially Thank you Mr. Shah Jalal for your very kind an professional service. Every day was a pleasure :-)
