Paradise found!
We loved the Premier Suites! The beach, the pools, the food and most importantly the staff! Everyone is so nice here including the guys who took us all around the resort. Huge thanks to Joan, Jonathan and Euri! Highly rec SBG and La Pizzaetta for dinners! We’ll be back for sure.

Great service from Sergio G and all of the staff
Service at the resort was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sergio G. was particularly considerate. He gave us a tour and suggestions about where to go and what to do. He anticipated our needs for dinner transportation and other activities even before we did.

Great service from Richard in Room Service
Wonderful service from Richard in room service. He was great with our kids and dropped off extra treats and snacks for them. He made them feel super special when he setup a little breakfast for them and they had fun taking pictures together. The breakfast was great and service even better!

Ederson and staff was wonderful. The best dinner here along Jinkle and staff amazing !!! Great food atmosphere loved it so much !! The location of the restaurant is amazing . Felt like family. The paella was wonderful and loved all the appetizers. The other customers were very fun. What a great night

La Cassita is Phenomenal!
We loved Jinkle and Enderson the service and food, music and everything made the vacation a truly amazing vacation. I loved all the people and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and fun! The food was paced at a terrific timing and I absolutely loved the singing during happy birthdays
