Everything was beyond my expectations. Rooms were great, our concierge, Erolis, was so attentive and got us anything we needed, the facilities were immaculate. Special shout out to Sergio. He drove us anywhere we needed to go, was super friendly, and had such a positive attitude. The workers all seemed to be grateful to work here and it showed as they would go above and beyond. Five stars!!!

We’ve just returned from a truly unforgettable week at Casa de Campo. Although we encountered a minor issue with our reservation upon arrival, Leidy, our incredible concierge, and her dedicated management team went above and beyond to resolve the situation, ensuring our stay was flawless. Once settled into “villa life,” we had the pleasure of being looked after by our wonderful full-time staff member, Grissll. Her warmth and constant smile made all the difference. Grissll prepared delicious breakfasts every morning and was always eager to assist in any way she could. Whether whipping up refreshing smoothies by the pool or delivering a cold beer to my husband, Christian after his daily tennis matches, Grissll truly went the extra mile. ¡Grissll, eres la mejor! Leidy, our personal concierge, was a standout throughout our stay. She was always prompt, professional, and kind, responding to our many, many messages with efficiency and a smile. No request was too big or small, and her efforts to ensure we had a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. We felt incredibly fortunate to have her as our concierge. A special mention also goes to the exceptional team at Minitas Beach Restaurant. Elvis, Jaime, Ruth, Nathaniel, and Victor all made each visit enjoyable. The reception team was also wonderfully welcoming, though I didn’t catch their names—thank you to all of you for making us feel so at home. Btw the zucchini chips are to die for, we had them every day. We would also like to express our appreciation for our private driver, Williams. He was always punctual, professional, and genuinely kind, making our travels around the very large complex smooth and stress-free. A final shout-out goes to Rando and Santo, our tennis hitting partners. They made our matches fun and entertaining, all while being excellent players and gracious on the court. Thanks for letting us win on our last day, guys! :) We wholeheartedly recommend Casa de Campo as an ideal vacation destination. If you’re fortunate enough to have Leidy and Grissll by your side, you’re guaranteed an amazing and unforgettable experience.

Amazing service especially from Israel Perez, Francisco, Jonathan, Christopher at the beach side bar. Very amazing drinks and super attentive and helpful service. Will definitely be back soon and recommend everyone attend comes it's worth the trip

Having looked forward to our trip for almost a year we were disappointed to find that the resort and accommodation did not meet our expectations. The resort is vast and the golf carts provided to transport yourself around are not of the best quality, many of the dining options are 15 - 20 minute ride from the main hotel and the beach 10 - 15. The quality of food and drinks was ok and most restaurant and bar staff were helpful, pleasant and polite except for the staff at the beach, who stood at the back talking among themselves avoiding any form of service, when they finally took an order it never arrived. The golf courses are good and the staff working at them are friendly and professional, the carts are better than the hotel ones. Our room was dated, although it was kept very clean by housekeeping it was very damp, both our clothes which were hanging in the closet and the bed felt damp. We reported to reception that our bathtub had no water supply and 3 days later this was still not repaired. For me personally, I would not consider this a 5 star hotel, for the price paid, I thought it was of poor quality.

Amazing staff everywhere you go. Beautiful grounds. If you have the chance to stay in a villa it's a must. Comes with it's own full size pool. Villa's are beautiful and spacious. Big shout out to our concierge Iris who took care of everything we needed and beyond. Anna who came every morning to clean and share her big smile, Amazing. Thanks for the pastries and coconut candy form your towns local bakery. That was so thoughtful and appreciated. Was a pleasure talking with you. The Beach we were at almost every day. Afernen was the man. Everyone knew the drink " the larry" by day 2. Great talking with you and wish you the best. Jose, this guy remembers your name, drink, and everything in between. Always smiling and running. One of the hardest working people I have ever seen and enjoys it. Thank you all for a great week. Must have the local rum when visiting, amazing. Double Brugal Reserve, Triple Brugal Reserve, Leyenda. Love them all.
