Fairmont The Palm, Dubai

Luxurious and very family friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Appreciated jaccuzi on the balcony with a great view. Food is delisious. Excellent service! Special gratefullness to the Golden hour team (Jaicee, Gilbert, Myint, Amzar, Ashsroju and Khai). They made this hour a real delight.

This is our second visit to Dubai staying at the Fairmont The Palm. This time we decided to experience the Fairmont Gold and it was a wonderful stay. The food and ambience in the lounge were first class. The staff in the lounge were so professional, very attentive, friendly and made us feel so welcome. Myint and Roju were so lovely, Amzad, Gilbert, Sufian, Achis, Khai and Jai Cee and others were fabulous. The service was outstanding. They were true ambassadors for the Fairmont Hotel Group. Flow kitchen we went recently and enjoyed there alottt what a delicious food it was we have never tasted such dishes really it is been suggest by the front office man Mr Mahmoud and Mr Emad they told us about this restaurant in the Fairmont hotel untill we were not know about the taste of this hotel alhamdulilla all good we enjoyed the hotel also

We had a fantastic long-term stay at Fairmont The Palm in Dubai. The location is absolutely perfect—situated on the beautiful Palm Jumeirah, it offers the ideal balance between tranquility and accessibility. It’s not overly crowded, providing just the right amount of privacy while still allowing guests to enjoy a pristine private beach and stunning views of Dubai’s skyline. Our experience at the hotel was made even more special thanks to the exceptional staff, outstanding amenities, and superb facilities. Fairmont truly goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. We particularly appreciated the extraordinary service at the Gold Lounge, which quickly became our favorite spot. The team there truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special mention to Gilber, Myint, Amzad, Khaing, Ashis, Jai Cee, Roju, and Supian, whose genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our long-term stay incredibly enjoyable and memorable. You all made us feel like family! Thank you, Fairmont The Palm—we can't wait to come back!

This is our 3rd visit to The Fairmont and yet again the staff exceeded themselves , every member was so helpful kind and friendly , especially those who looked after us in the gold room, Amzad, Khai, Gilbert .Aashish and JC and myint! my only complaint is not enough sun in the adults only pool area , so if you want to sit here , it’s a stress and rush to get good lounger , lots of palm trees , whilst I understand the need for this in high summer November to April it’s annoying as weather so glorious . Food in restaurants was ok , buffet was same food every day , ok for lunch though , not sure if we will return again , as much as we loved beach it was nice to sit by pool, hard to get good loungers in sun, management might want to consider having pool towels by bar area as if you wanted a dry towel you had to walk to main area .
