Very exceptional service here, high standard with friendly staff. Room was very clean and spacious with all facilties available. Comfortable beds and bathroom very good standard. Balcony spacious and and nice view. Special thank you to Raghu for his customer service.

Having stayed at this hotel several times over the years sadly with so many new hotels popping up all over Dubai, the Fairmont the Palm is now somewhat dated and in desperate need of a refurb. Staff did not seem well trained and at times understaffed in some areas. The large beach area is clean and well presented but take your own water bottles to fill as plastic cups were sparse. Also no toilet facilities on the Beach meaning a truck to the hotel. The half board option good but most restaurants have an additional supplement. The club room staff were exceptional. Very polite and helpful. The afternoon tea hasn’t changed in the 12 years we have stayed here. Another change that would be welcome. That said we do keep returning mainly due to locality and knowing the hotel well.

I love this place! I have stayed in the hotel on three different occansions and loved it every time. This time I stayed at a friend’s house, but I still came for the day to Fairmont to enjoy the beach and pools. Amazing as always and the service is top notch! I stayed in the adult area and got great service from Sajit, Andrew and Shushant. My mobile ran out of battery but the life guard Salia let me borrow his charger. The food is also excellent. I will be back again and again. Can’t wait to visit Dubai and Fairmont the Palm next time.
