Fairmont The Palm, Dubai

We’ve just returned from an amazing 7-night stay at the Fairmont The Palm, Dubai, in a Gold Club double room with a sea view and balcony. The room was cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the Gold Lounge, where we enjoyed daily afternoon tea and complimentary cocktails between 5-7 PM. The service in the lounge was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our experience special. A huge thank you to Jaicee, Khai, Myint, Amzad, Gilbert, Roku, and Ashis for their outstanding hospitality! We look forward to returning next year.

Great hotel. Proximity to everything is easy and a range of activities/places to eat on site in case you don’t want to venture. Ramses the photographer also does a great job if you’re after some professional pics definitely worth enquiring.

We stayed at Fairmont The Palm during the first 2 weeks of February 2025. We chose a Gold Room with Sea View and balcony. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Our room was serviced and cleaned to the highest standard by Tonaresh and Shubham. The daily pressing service was especially appreciated as was the daily refilling of the mini bar and complimentary water. We stayed on a half board basis and tried every restaurant whilst we were here. All the food and service in the restaurant’s were again to the highest of standards. Little Miss India and Sea Grill Bistro were our favourites however. Booking ie recommended. The gym facilities were as good as any found in a 5 star hotel and the daily visit at 7am was required to attempt to burn off the excesses of the day before. The West Beach which the Fairmont has direct access to has a 1500m promenade which provided for a pleasant walk after breakfast or a day round the pool/beach. There were plenty of sun beds and towels. Finally a special mention must go to the staff in the Gold Lounge. Jaicee, Khai,Myint,Gilbert,Amzad,Roju, and Ashis who went out of their way to make Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour a truly fantastic experience. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back for sure and highly recommend this hotel for service, location and overall quality
