Fairmont The Palm decent hotel
Hotel is ok. Not true luxury. Maybe 4 star. Rooms are nice and big. The buffet is lacking in quality and diversity of choices. GYM is one if the best. But this hotel pales in comparison to St. Regis. Service personnel are truly gracious and pretty good. I would not stay again.

Exceptional hotel with a warm welcome from staff
We had a brilliant stay at Fairmont the Palm, just a 3 night trip checking out today, 23 Nov. From the check in staff (Adel) to the door men, the restaurant staff and housekeeping, the staff could not do enough to help and make guests feel welcome. The room was immaculate with an incredible beach view, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The location was pretty good for accessibility though taxis needed. We did a desert safari experience with Elevate, so much fun, visited the children’s park for the dolphinarium and went to the L124/125 observatory at the Burj Khalifa. Would highly recommend it all, just bring plenty of money as Dubai is not cheap!

Beautiful Beach Hotel
Beautiful hotel on the beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Shout out to Rupei Iswor for amazing room service! Walking distance to many restaurants. Loved the whole palm atmosphere and still easy access to the city. Amazing pools and awesome falcon experience!

Having the best time at The Fairmont
We are enjoying our stay at the Fairmont so much. Our room is kept spotlessly clean and the bed is super comfortable. The private beach is lovely and no matter what time we’ve gone there are loads of comfortable sun beds. We have eaten mostly at Flow Kitchen, there is a great choice of quality food. We love it there. The staff cannot do enough for you. A very special thank you to Manisha, Wai, Myo and Alla who have made our dining experience wonderful. Would highly recommend The Fairmont and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had an excellent day using the day pool pass. It’s great value for money and the service was exceptional. Especially Shan who was very attentive and helpful, always checking we were okay and had everything we needed. We will look forward to coming back again in the future.
