I recently organized a teambuilding for our entire Human Capital for over 150 people. The execution was perfect. Every detail that was highlighted was addressed and looked after and Alize from the team was accommodating from the food catered, to the locations and to the boat schedule was an amazing event.

We had the incredible opportunity to organize our team-building day at the Anantara World Island, and it was an amazing experience. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the day seamless and enjoyable but mostly making sure everything went as per our expectations. A huge thank you to Alizee for supporting me throughout the planning and ensuring everything was perfectly executed. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Extremely poor facilities. Extremely bad design A/C in the rooms (blows cold air at the bed level!!!) Poor staff with horrible attitude. Staff is untrained, slow, irresponsive and we had an incident with one of the staff making fun of my wife. They wouldn't let him come to apologize, and when we kept complaining their head of security asked us to call the police if we wanted.

The most amazing part of this 1-night fabulous stay was the service! From our arrival at the Kite Beach customer centre to drop off the car - to the lovely welcome on arrival at the island...this list goes on. Thank you to everyone connected with Anantara on this trip - I cannot single out one person because everyone was so attentive. This treatment made our stay so special. It was our anniversary, it was wonderful Anantara remembered, we relaxed, enjoyed our lovely room and pool, the main pool and even had a quick dip in the sea. The food was excellent, off course accompanied by superb service. You truly felt that all the staff were happy to be of service. We didn't use the gym, tennis courts or pool tables - maybe next time! I would recommend this island for a mini-getaway from the hubbub of Dubai. I honestly felt as if I was abroad!
