Amazing hotel!
We have had an amazing family holiday at Atlantis the palm. Haven’t got one bad word to say about it. All staff are so kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is absolutely spotless. Our cleaner was Sanam and he was amazing. Our room was always so clean. He came twice a day, he just took extra special care of all the little details. Over all great experience and we as a family cannot wait to return. So sad it’s come to an end.

Amazing and relaxing
Amazing service, Suzanne was great and very helpful, food by the pool was tasty and everything was clean in the cabana, very well organised, will definitely recommend the cabanas. Next time your here ask for Suzanne, she was very helpful and quick with her service

We have had the best family holiday at the Atlantis the palm. With busy days seeing all the sights Dubai has to offer, and lovely lazy afternoons by the beautiful pool , with the most attentive pool attendants, Always greet you with a smile and remember you from the day before. They all work so very hard as do all the staff. Suzanne you made our pool time amazing thank you so very much.

Awesome Holiday at Atlantis!
We stayed in the underwater suite for 7 nights, it was fabulous. We had a smooth transition from airport to hotel despite late arrival. The room was very spacious, clean. Housekeeping was very on time. The resort is self sufficient if you don’t wish to travel outside the resort, you can easily spend quality family time at aquaventure, Wavehouse, bowling, they also have many options for restaurants. We also love the aqua walking, dolphins encounter and snorkeling by the resort, the trainers were very attentive and details. Last but not least the butler who assigned to us Hegazy was one of the most awesome butler we ever had. He is very meticulous in helping us to arrange all the activities, transportation, ticketing, restaurant reservations. He is very patience with big group. We will definitely wanted to go back again.

Very good service and we want to mention that the cleaner niranjan Always had good attention to detail and made my kids so happy with the towel features he placed on the beds. He always made us feel like we are at home. We want to thank him sincerely for all his efforts
