Ms. Anees kindly guided me and helped me serve! he first asked if I was missing anything and helped me in a way that I felt comfortable. The accommodation is very clean and luxurious overall. I am satisfied. I wanna come here again. Lol. see you next year.

Fantastic Restaurant
I have visited the hotel for my vacation. I had a wonderful experience while staying in here. All staffs are very kind, gentle, and ready for you to help any time. Also I enjoyed the food from the restaurant Zahal. It was amaizing. And special thanks to the staff Anees who treated us so well. Thank you! I would love to visit Bab alshams again any time soon. Great hotel! Must visit!

Dinner buffet at zala
I was welcomed by yasar for buffet dinner at Zala (awesome Mediterranean fine dining restaurant). cheerful guy who suggested and served us with very delicious,Manager Yasar and team were very welcoming and hospitable. The grills were outstandingly delivious especially the arabic lamb barbecue and lamo chops also the beef was delicious. All the dishes and desserts were perfect. Hope to visit again soon.

Great to stay and explore with family
Great experience both at the resort and the desert safari driving tour. We had Ismail and Umarr as our tour guides, very kind and fun people. They adjust the tour based on individual preferences and they know exactly how to take great pics in the desert.
