the room was so nice and all the stuff they was friendly I liked the pool the staff at reception they was so kind and I would like to thank AYA the hostess for showing our room and explaining for us everything as it was our first time in hotel shes very kind and friendly I like this hotel it's really like a heaven

It's my dream to visit bab al shams. And the host AYA is very very very kind the greetings with a smile all the time she was so friendly with us I want to tell her thank you so much , and Yohan the guy at reception I recommend this hotel.

Simply amazing
This is my family’s 2nd time to UAE - 7th hotel over 6 weeks. By far the best experience we have had yet. Staff, room, location, cleanliness, food, everything was amazing. We stayed here for 3 nights - we felt that was enough time to complete most activities and still enough time to relax. Staying in a pool villa is an amazing experience. Thank you to the whole team for such and amazing experience. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional
Last minute booking we definitely didn’t regret. It’s heaven on earth! Although, I disastrously messed up timings for our return flight and had to cut our stay short one day. An absolute hero called Yasmine was so helpful and took care of us - they are very lucky to have her! All the other staff were amazing too, it really makes such a positive difference (including Aya of course!) Will be back next year. James & Ali x

Highly Recommend
This was my first time in Dubai, and first time ever being in the desert. Sabri hooked me up on my first hookah and showed me how to do it. It was amazing and the show and food were spectacular. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a great time - so much fun!
