Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

Everything was amazing, the hotel loby itself, the restaurant and cafe. I had the golden capuccino and it was great. Silvia, the waiter, was so kind and lovely I had to write something. She was THE BEST waiter so far based on my experience in Dubai.

We felt wonderful at your place! We celebrated half a century! 50 🎂And had many surprises during my stay. All the employees were very attentive to us to make us feel extraordinary, from the boy at the pool who pampered us in the jacuzzi to the boy who wiped our glasses... I want to say a big thank you to Rehan who made my day more beautiful by bringing me a cake for my birthday right before I left. Congratulations to all the staff for all you do for the hotel guests.Thank you so much to everyone at the reception for being able to check us in earlier. Thank you so much to our butler Antony for organizing the birthday and for all the surprises from Al Iwan, Olivo at Al Mahara, Al Muntaha. Congratulations to all employees for how we felt at SAL. You are wonderful, very attentive to details so that everything is perfect!

We just returned home after an amazing trip to the UAE that ended with 4 nights at the Burj Al Arab. This hotel truly is a 7 star hotel and we cannot sing enough praises for the personalized care and service. I won’t repeat what so many have already written except to say thank you to the entire staff. It was a memorable experience that I truly doubt can ever be topped. The level of service and hospitality was amazing.

The suites are indescribable. Simply pure luxury. The Burj Al Arab website does not promise too much. This is exceeded when you arrive. I can only recommend everyone to experience this and to be pampered by the Burj Al Arab team. After 25 years, the Burj Al Arab is still state of the art in terms of service and facilities. Burl al Arab is an amazing hotel experience. This was my second time there. The issues I have is when paying so much money you should have zero issues. I had a few minor issues and one frustrating one. So I would suggest to the hotel to make sure these are avoided because now I will go to a new hotel next time.
