Conrad Dubai

Excellent location. Excellent rooms. Excellent service. good breakfast selection, impressive views from the upper floors. If you’re not looking for access to the beach, this should be an excellent choice. As usual, customer service is a highlight of Dubai tourism.

Such a exeptional stay in Conrad, in a positive way. Cannot highlight too much the staff, who made our stay unforgettable. What a trip to remember when we grow old. Our humble thanks to Nomi, Mareena, Rawda, Frenny, Zanrico, Menbere, Fransic, Roshani, Jenika and The one and only Hannah (exec lounge team).

Stayed there for 3 nights as a business traveller came to attend Congress in DWTC. The main advantage of this hotel is its location next to WTC metro station. This facilities my transfer from place to another. The room was extremely spacious as if I'm in an apartment, not a hotel room. The bed is comfy, and the curtains work electronically. The coffee machine is a nice addition. The TV screen is big. The bathroom compartment is a top-notch. It was really amazing, neat and very clean room. Breakfast was a five-star spread with a variety of options that I liked them all. Staff were welcoming and helpful. They gave me a gift to remember their kind hospitality.

The room is nice and tidy . Response to requests was immediate Staff are extremely friendly and polite Breakfast is simply superb Employee “ Badawy “ in the lobby is always smiling and helping Only TV channels need to have more variety to satisfy all

Another fabulous stay at the Conrad Dubai. As a diamond member we were treated well with an upgrade to an executive room. Special thanks to Menbere in the Executive Lounge, she is incredibly attentive and highly professional. She made us so welcome and brightened up our day each time. We will be back.
