Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

Fantastic place for a get away in the sun. Professional and friendly staff throughout the place. This was my second time back and going back tomorrow (after 3 months from last visit) so says a lot about the place. Special thanks to Emma and Ruwan who gave me my first swimming lessons. Also thanks to Ali and Sooraj.

- Staff were friendly - Was surprised with a card, balloons and petals and a chocolate muse cake for birthday celebration (in which they did not ask for my dietary preferences) which I did not eat as I do not eat chocolate - Breakfast was good - Room came with a dysfunctional sink - Had to ring housekeeping several times to ask for the same thing - Sofa bed not as comfortable as the king size bed - 20/12/24: in the morning a male cleaner had come in after me and my family had gone to immerse in Dubai, upon coming back, one of my family members had left her bag open by accident. It turns out her wallet was in there in which €100 was stolen. Overall, it being the first time in Dubai, I expected hospitality to be at its best especially at the Palm Jumeriah Hotels. Next time, me and my family will be staying at a more comfortable hotel such as the Atlantis.

The location and staff members are exquisite.We are delighted by their kindness.It is our first visit to Dubai but because of the Dukes the Palm luxury we will definitely come bacı again. We advise everyone to go and have a wonderful holiday at the Dukes the Palm Dubai.

This is long over due. Me and my family stayed here in January and what can I say other then from the minute you arrive your treated like kings and queens. Traveling with 2 children under 3 can be difficult after a long day but arrived the kids were greeted by George with a teddy and balloons each this man is a true gentleman. Every time we walked past he was a smiling face and a high five to the children The food was brilliant the pool is brilliant it does get busy but the kids loved it! The beach restaurant was superb. I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel or its staff. Also you have diram rentals who we used for our cars whilst over there. Great service One man that can’t go unmentioned is Mark Atkinson massive thank you for all of your personal help and your amazing teams! I look forward to seeing you all again in January
