Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

Brilliant stay loved staying in the dukes kids club amazing can’t wait to come back danish was so helpful carrying all our luggage and explaining places where in the hotel super relaxing food had a great selection also British food too can’t wait come back to the dukes on the palm

First time to Dubai and loved every minute of it! The hotel was amazing, the view from the beach was stunning, the infinity pool was on another level…the food was fabulous and the staff were so nice and friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We did have a situation with our room and it was dealt with immediately, we were upgraded to the 17th floor with a panoramic view, it made our holiday. Hnin, the hotel manager was superb, caring, supportive and went over and above and out of her way to sort everything out. She is an asset to the hotel…we will be going back next year….

Currently on holiday at Dukes the Palm. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. There have been a couple of plus points which are check in and concierge service but everything else has been very disappointing. The room is very small with far too much furniture, decoration is very tired and the ac is quite noisy. Our room was damp for the first couple of days and bathroom towels smell damp. Have had to request several times for our room to be serviced after being out all day. Service and choices at breakfast is disappointing. The pool is in need of refurbishment with lots of tiles missing and the sun beds and towels are very shabby. No complimentary water is provided at the pool and sun beds are limited as people “reserve” with towels but don’t use the beds until later in the morning. We holiday a lot in Dubai but will not be coming back to this one.

Nice rooms (with balcony), great pool and beach area with awesome view on the skyline. Good food and very helpful and friendly staff. Overall a very nice stay in Dubai! Only disadvantage (if at all): unfortunately always 30 - 45 min drive to attractions (e.g. Burj Khalifa, ...)

Overall a brilliant hotel at the Palm. Suite was spacious and had 2 balcony with city and marina view. Breakfast was amazing and service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend it!
