Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

We stayed in Dukes The Palm for 2 nights and it was absolutely brilliant from the first moment in. We got complimentary upgrade on the room and stayed in 1 bedroom suite with a small balcony. Cleanliness, service and overall experience were amazing! We also had breakfast included and food was brilliant. It is just a road crossing away from Nakheel Mall and Aura SkyView Pool which is amazing. It offers outdoor infinity pool, lazy river and private beach with beach club to enjoy January sun (which, when coming from Ireland means A LOT!!) Can't recommend this place enough!!!

As a Travel Agent from the UK, I was excited to see what Dukes The Palm was like in person. Having stayed 6 nights with my partner, here are some thoughts: The hotel is in a great Location, right next to the Nakheel Mall which is a 5 minute walk away. The private beach and Pool are exceptional with great service provided. Ula is a fantastic restaurant and it’s definitely worth a visit, food was very very good and again service was excellent. Upon arrival at the hotel, we felt rushed at reception, with very little explanation about processes at the hotel. For instance, we were not made aware that charges are made daily for your room instead of a final bill at the end, which is what we have usually experienced elsewhere. Although this wasn’t a problem, it would have been good to know at the beginning of our stay. The Hotel is beautiful but seems a bit tired in places. We found the shower layout a bit odd as the water gutter to the side of the bath/shower filled up after 5 minutes, to then not drain away. We then had to use towels to stop it flooding the bathroom, meaning we felt we were limited to one very quick shower per day . We did ask reception who said they would fix it, it seems that the water was just mopped up as the shower was the same afterwards. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay in Dubai in this wonderful location on the palm.

We had such a Lovely experience at Khyber the restaurant in Dukes the Palm. We came to the restaurant on the 21st of January, great service by Lalit too. Delicious food definitely should visit. Plenty of sun beds round the pool just a bit gutted about the large pool not being heated but overall great hotel.

Very good services. The team made me feel very welcome. Big thank you to Awfar , Masoud, Amir , Mark , Jaleel , parwindr, loopchan. Will definitely be staying here again. All very helpful & go above & beyond to make sure you have a good stay. I stay here all the time when I visit Dubai & will definitely be staying here again
