Fairmont Dubai

I had to come to Dubai on a last minute notice and the dates just crashed with a massive exhibition week. All the big 5-stars, like the Conrad next to it, were charging crazy prices. I hadn't researched much into this Fairmont hotel and didn't really expected much. The only thing I was concerned with was how close it was to the metro station which was literally few minutes away. The lobby was nice with white marble finishing, well lit, and had a nice relaxing ambience. The room I booked was of entry grade, Deluxe or something at 460sq feet, I think. The bathroom had a proper sized bathtub with adjoining shower unit, nice! There was a OK size desk to put a computer to work and a corner greeting area with two small sofas and a coffee table to greet guests, which I put into great use! There's a business floor to meet guests but for close business partners, the corner area was just great too!

The breakfast at Cascades was an absolute delight! Satish and Khusboo provided outstanding service, always ensuring our table was well taken care of. The food was fresh and delicious, and the entire experience was elevated by their warm hospitality. Thanks also to Godwin and Mahrous for their excellent support!

The best place when you are visiting Dubai. Best location in front of the Metro. Great service, warm welcome , and perfect facilities. We met Aditri and Rodrick is Helpful and Friendly, all the staff is always offering a help without we asking for. Great team!!! Terima Kasih from Indonesia to you!!

At Cascades restaurant great service by Mahrous and Satish, amazing service and food, best breakfast in town and everyone should try. Good choice is great a good mix of Mediterranean, international and Indian food, so choice for all customers.

Luxury hotel and the rooms are beautiful, service excellent and staff are very professional. Highly recommend Cascades restaurant, food excellent taste and service exceeded my expectations especially mahrous attended all requests with a smile and attention to details, also to mention satish very professional (hope I got the spilling right). Definitely will return again.
