Excellent atmosphere with beautiful venues. Professional and friendly staff. Amazing food variety and quality. Special thanks to Head Chef Avijit Barua for spoiling me with my favorite Salmon Benedict with avocado. Till we meet again.

There is a kind staff there and her name is Kyle from Tropy Room. She guide me and had a little conversation with her. also she always ask me if I need something. She always smile and greet every customer in a good pleasant look. Hoping to continue the great work!

Very good hotel with excelent location, more suitable for business than leisure. Clean rooms with soothing decor, clean, well appointed and with great views - the rooms facing Sheikh Zayed Rd and the Museum of the Future, worth the extra price. Service in the check-in and check-out is cold and distant, but professional. Staff in reception/porter desk, taking care of the lugagge and the access to transportation is very friendly, as well as the nepalese driver in charge of the 'so called' shuttles, and the one in the pools areas. Overall, a well cared long existing Fairmont property, in a town full of hotels with the same standards and similar prices.

Accor diamond member and 8th time repeat customer. Service at restaurant bar and concierge is same as before. No lounge no use of drink voucher at hotel owned outlet which was before. Front desk very bad ref consistency, flexibility and extension of stay - always blaming management and no senior person to resolve issues

I’m staying at the hotel at the moment the staff are great, really accommodating there’s a good variety of outsourced restaurants which are fabulous. Unfortunately the food from room service was awful and inedible, which is such a shame 😳 it feels that the quality of the food wasn’t up to standard I had shrimp.
