Fairmont Dubai

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Fairmont Sheikh Zayed , Dubai. Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable but the warmth and hospitality of their staff was above and beyond. The room attendants Pranay and Ashraf left a lovely chocolate cake and a handwritten happy birthday message for our mom on her birthday there . The towels they rolled into a birthday cake and a swan also put a big smile on her face that evening. Breakfast was also an experience we will never forget, not only for their yummy date smoothies but for the impeccable and friendly service there of Rodrick, Mira , Chef Avijit and Chef Marlon . Thank you for making Fairmont feel like a home away from home for us.

I had a really bad experience with Javed. His service was horrible, and he was quite rude. It felt like he wasn't professional at all, which made the whole situation really uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend trying to avoid him if you're planning to come to the lobby. It's disappointing when you expect good service and end up with someone who doesn't seem to care about their job or the customers. Overall, my interaction with him left a negative impression, and I hope others can steer clear of the same experience.

Olawole and Bikash in housekeeping whent beyond to satisfy our need and they ensure we were well taken care of. The restaurant food was good and the ambiance was very nice. The swimming pool was clean. Everything is perfect and i will recommend to all traveller to visit and enjoy fairmont

Hotel Staff very accommodating and affable. Extraordinary experience from brrath taking view to luxurious amenities, it was an unforgettable journey that left me in awe at every turn. Buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious........
