The breakfast along with the customer service is 10/10 I would definitely recommend staying at Fairmont when you’re in Dubai. It is close to a lot of places and good restaurants you will have access to the Metro trains to get to where you need to.

Excellent time at fairmont, loved everything from the room to the staff and the breakfast. The stay from beginning to end was great so I really did enjoy it would highly recommend the hotel when visiting Dubai. The breakfast was a strong highlight of the trip fresh and tasty produce

Good hotel, penthouse is just amazing, meeting room on 33rd floor is made for meetings with best views on palm & Saikh zayed road. Cascades, the bar, Pronto, exchange grill serves delicius food. Lobby is beautiful, the staff is so friendly & food is to must try.

No cleaning and too bad room service. They did not clean my room for two days. There was no towel for bath. Also i required a bottle of beer. And they waited till morning for payment. I said it is too late. I have no money. Money is with my friend (he was in another room). I will pay tomorrow early morning.
