Jumeirah Al Naseem

The hotel is a really high standard and overall we had a really good time at this hotel. However, when something goes wrong (which it will) the staff are unable to easily resolve things. I could list multiple issues, but they are minor and didn't necessarily detract from the holiday. When I arrived, I paid in full and they also charged me a £200.00 deposit for each night. This was taken off my AMEX there and then, which is unusual and shouldn't have happened. They should have put an authorisation on the card. Anyway, I checked out on 9 or 10 October and they told me I would get a refund in 5 days. 5 days passes, they then tell me 28 business days. Here we are 21st of November and I still dont have my £750.00 refund, this is despite 100 whatsapp messages, 1 phone call and 10 emails. I really don't want to do a charge back but this hotel is leaving me no option. They are INCAPABLE of resolving problems, they tend to create more in the process. I haven't had any reasonable answer or apology. They are so used to billionaires staying at the resort, they wouldnt notice £750.00. Short version - hotel is lovely and so is the food but expect issues!

Wonderful lobby experience, the best welcome I ever experienced. Well done to Bekzad for his perfect hospitality skills, he is a real asset for the hotel. The WOW element was also there, I have received a bouquet of roses with a lovely note, bravo!

We have just returned from a lovely eight day stay here. I have to stay this hotel is my favourite of all the Jumeirahs. The staff cannot do enough to help you and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. This holiday I travelled with a newborn baby and everything I needed was there for me. Baby bath. Steriliser. I even got some lovely face creams from housekeeping every night. The extra touches that this hotel does for us all as a family make you feel very valued as a returning customer and we will definitely be coming back soon. Can we also say a huge thank you to Yousef for his help whilst he was there. Thank you to Al Naseem for a beautiful stay, we will of course be back.

We like this hotel. It's out favorite in Madinat Jumeirah. We are travelling to Dubai more than 20 years. This is our favourite hotel in the whole Dubai. All your team is almost perfect. They are very friendly. We are feeling in your hotel like at home.

It's a classic, impeccable Dubai experience. The gym is superb. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are excellent, and the staff super. No complaints at all. I was here for work and it was good to know I had my room to retire to. Excellent.
