Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

The stay was amazing, very relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleaning staff for their hard work, particularly the lovely woman Sharipa. We have known her for more than a year and we love the work that she does. Our whole family believes that she deserves a raise. Additionally, the worker at the pool bar, Ambia, has been lovely as well. Our family enjoy his service and his kind heart. He is very caring and attentive. I hope you consider this feedback!

I had an amazing stay at Mina A Salam! The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to everything we needed. The service was truly outstanding – every team member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Considering the level of luxury, the attention to detail, and the exceptional service, this was a fantastic return on investment. It was heaven for me , the people was so helpful and smiling from the chef’s especially chef khagendra he’s the star, chef sukin , chef shahadat, chef Abdul they make everything impossible to possible. From cold kitchen we have Rony with his good smile he’s a star , Mizamur , razel ,rahat. From Hanayaa we have Babita,Vidant,mohin,Alex,zhazira,Gulbu, Liana, Grasiela, Axona they are very accommodating and caring. From housekeeping, deepak, Babel, Ashiq, Shihab, Hasibul, Ripon is a star ⭐️ And for the Concierge, Rey is very helpful with his smile always in every morning and the 2 angels Fatima and Camille. These staffs make me feel like I am not away from my home! Thank you Mina Al Salam!

Hello to Mina Salam , again i had a beautiful stay in our second home. The all over kindness of all the staff is very special . there are some people they need to get announced separat. first of all Alam Mehboob , he is the best repräsentantiv for Jumeirah not only as manager of housekeeping but in his help in all other belongings. our roommate Pauline she is the best. All the time Smileing and holding the room in best condition. Cala Vista we had a great experience with Benett and Charles. And last but not least the guys on the beach all so kind , special Rayan a young guy with excellent english and all the time looking to serve the customer, also Didar and raymann they where all looking to make us a great time at the beach and that what we as customer all want a great time . thank you mina salam.

We stayed in July 2024, on a layover from Australia to the UK. We were so impressed by the colleagues and the service we received. From the moment of stepping out of the taxi, to the very early check-in, each of the restaurants, the colleagues manning the club car station, the beach & pool attendants, absolutely everyone was friendly, smiley, courteous, interested and engaged. The colleagues paid such kind attention to my daughter, making her feel so special, that she told me she wanted to move to Dubai and live in the hotel. I may need to work harder to make that a reality. Specific shout outs to the colleague that checked us in (so well-presented, very professional), the laundry team for working so hard and so quickly to remove the vomit (due to motion sickness) from our various clothes, bags and soft toys; the Malaysian manager at Zheng He’s restaurant for her warmth, care, humour, knowledge and guidance; the housekeeping colleagues for their energetic greetings and attentive cleaning of our room, and finally Tatyana the brilliant Kazakh guest relations employee who went above and beyond in her care and recognition of my daughter. In addition to the fantastic service, the room was beautifully decorated, brilliantly presented, and provided a cool and calm oasis for us. We slept so well, and sunrise coffee overlooking the beach and Burj Al Arab was a great way to start each day. The new pool down on the beach is brilliant, and the pool service was top class. We loved our stay, would highly recommend the hotel, and are excited about our return in the future. Thank you to everyone at Mina Al Salam for a special, memorable stay.
