Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The rooms, the service and the allocation were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and i would like to specifically to thank Nouhaila the Lady in Red for her assistance and attention . I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future!

Just a one night stay before getting an early morning flight connection. Luxury room was fine , not huge , clean and good sized bathroom . We were on a corner overlooking the main road outside. Didn’t stay for breakfast. This is a vast hotel so expect to get lost!

We were meeting our driver at the Kempinski Hotel for a tour of Dubai. I left my phone in the taxi that dropped us off. I approached reception to see what advice they could give me as what to do. Soumish was very helpful and said to call back after our tour. We did so and he then proceeded to issue complaint to taxi company on our behalf. Thanks to Soumish I was reunited with my phone several days later. We felt Soumish went out of his way to help us as we weren't even guests of the hotel and are very appreciative of this.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming specialy would like to thank Nouhaila for her attention every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway .
