I went with my girlfriend to this Beautiful place to have an afternoon tea, we had a good time, desserts are very tasty and for every kind of flavor I recommend to come if you want to have a peaceful afternoon tea. Very quiet if you want to sear and work and have some tea

Was my third time here. It has a great location and is relatively well kept but sadly that's all I can rave about. The rooms are in need of refurbishment with most of the furniture worn out, the same with bathroom fixtures. Getting a normal pillow is almost impossible. Breakfast is good but gets quite repetitive after 2 or 3 days. The wait staff need to seriously improve, ability for simple things like a cup of good tea or understanding an order is hard to come by. Room service the food seriously is wanting. Had the worst calamari dish ever, even left a note for the chef but never followed up. Its a great hotel and I do hope management looks into a couple of things and tweaks them, so that the true shine of Kempinski emerges.

I was at Salero and the food and service were excellent! I loved the chicken paella and the tapas, and Matias' service was very good. The Ipanema that Erika recommended was also perfect. I'm sure I'll be back! Highly recommended! Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect.
