Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai

We are usually quite picky when it comes to hotels, especially when staying in a location like Dubai where there is a plethora of accommodation options! I really feel the staff make this hotel stand out from the rest. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made it a point to go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special mention must be given to the restaurant staff; Mr Mohamed Gabal Assistant restaurant manager, Hany Waigh food and beverage manager, Olea, Gede and Ishanta. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked to stay at the Kempinski Mall of The Emirates again next month.

This Hotel is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and helpful!! the rooms are lovely and amenities are superb. would definitely recommend. we really enjoyed that their were individual restaurant as apart of the hotel plus the mall being attached is so covienent. This ticked all our boxes.

Amazing hotel So clean Amazing staff Liam served nearly everyday at breakfast. We can not thank him enough for getting everything we wanted. He went above and beyond to attend to our needs. My stay was very good with kempinski moe I had so much fun in Dubai with help of saba she is very kind and amazing person...booked all the tours with travel saga tour.... best recommend hotel and travel saga tour to visit Dubai....the safari was an amazing experience with travel saga...

One day inside the hotel 7 people asking about writing the reviews about the services, from the lobby to restaurant also inside the my room, after checking out I will send my reviews but hotel staff are disappointed me to write this now, please hotel management look for this issues.
