We visited in January as part of our baby moon and had the most relaxing stay. The hotel is beautiful and the outdoor areas are so peaceful. The breakfast has great options and we loved working our way through the menu. The epicure restaurant for lunch and dinner was also amazing with a good mix of options. The gym was big and had everything we needed. The main takeaway is that the staff are wonderful and can’t do enough to make your stay special. In particular the staff by the pool and Nelson at front desk. If you want to experience Dubai whilst still having peace and tranquility this is the place to go. Plenty of things to do and experience but most of the perfect relaxing holiday

Best service we have ever received and resort experience we have been apart of. The staff here is World Class. They are easily available and ALWAYS willing to help. They are so involved in providing the greatest experience. Food at Epicure was top tier. Better than most restaurants that we dined at in Dubai. Watch the polo matches. 😊

The Staff are stupendous. We met Nelson, an experienced Hotel Staffer who took care of all our needs for the wedding we brought to Dubai. He helped us everything including lost baggage. Melia Chefs and Housekeeping are excellent. Perfect!

This is one of my favourite places to stay. We have been coming to Dubai for many years and stayed here in this hotel 3 times now. The grounds are beautiful and everywhere is spotless. We go on a stables tour every time to look at the horses. By the pool the view is lovely and from your room looking at the greenery and quite often horses walking around the field. The pool is heated which is great at this time of the year. Life guides are polite and lovely , making our beds up which are comfy to enjoy the sunshine. Pool restaurant the food is lovely and drinks also. Rooms are modern and spotless. Close to malls , Dubai mall and festival city 20 mins or so in taxi only £10-£15 each way. Opposite safari park which we have visited a few times . We stayed over new year , New Year’s Eve party was great price and the food is the best I have had anywhere and service also couldn’t have done any better . We will certainly be back for another visit.
