One&Only One Za'abeel Dubai

This felt like any other city hotel. No special O&O level of service you are accustomed to from other locations around the world. If given other options I would chose to stay elsewhere at this price point.

The staff and property are outstanding. Any request is responded to within minutes and gratuitously. The hotel is beautiful, opulent and spotless. Rooms are large. The food and ammenities rank as 10 out of 10, using my scale. I wish all my hotel experiences around the world were as perfect, as the One and Only, One Za’abeel

We stayed for 5 nights at the One & Only Za’Abeel. The kindness of the employment is good, but the help to arrange trips or reservations could be upgrated and better. The breakfast is delicious and so many options! The inifitypool is exceptional and the food at Tapasake really nice. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the bed gives you an good nightrest to have another amazing day in Dubai.

I originally booked for just 4 nights – but I felt so at home that I stayed for 22. Yes, really! "Home away from home" doesn't even begin to describe it. Where to start? The sleep quality was outstanding – the bedding is like a dream, and the rooms are incredibly quiet. You barely hear a thing. Breakfast in the Club Lounge was a daily highlight: very personal service, and every à la carte dish I tried was just WOW. That said, breakfast at Aelia was also top-notch – the team was always quick and very attentive. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between business and leisure – ideal whether you’re here for meetings/business or just to unwind. The Dubai Mall is only a 10-minute ride away, making shopping or dining out super convenient. The gym is first-class and really well-equipped. If you're looking for something more dynamic, just switch elevators in the lobby and head over to the SIRO Hotel (sister property) – it couldn’t be easier. The SIRO Gym is amazing, and there’s even a protein smoothie bar there – so cool and super convenient post-workout. The hotel also has two pools, and the one on the 4th floor truly makes you forget you're in the middle of a busy metropolis – it feels like a peaceful hideaway. Special thanks to Tariq, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who was my go-to person throughout the stay – always professional, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. A big thank you as well to Manjid from the breakfast restaurant and Natasha at the pool on the 4th floor – truly wonderful hosts who made each day even more enjoyable. Also a word to the housekeeping team – I stayed for 22 days, and I’m not an easy hotel guest, as I have very high standards. But apart from a few minor details, the service was truly excellent. A big thank you – I felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The laundry service was also spot on – the clothes smelled pleasant and were always returned on time. One&Only truly deserves praise for what they've created in this iconic building – incredibly well managed by the GM and his team. I’ve travelled all over the world, but rarely have I felt like I still didn’t want to leave after 22 days. Unfortunately, duty called, but I will be BACK! :)
