Fantastic Soumya and team
We loved our trip to the One&only on the beach in Dubai. It was fantastic from start to finish. Our family of 4 including 2 boys had a great time. The best customer service I've ever had from Soumya and his team. Our room was lovely and the facilities from the breakfast through to the beach and fitness centre was excellent. We will defintely return.

Best Hamam in Dubai!
We did the Royal Hamam experience and it was amazing. Highly recommended and would come back every month to do it! 5 stars! The staff were great and so was the facilities. We really enjoyed the couple room and the pool is mixed. Overall very relaxing experience

Home away from home
Always a warm and friendly welcome, with exceptional service that goes above and beyond. The hotel facilities are magnificent with plenty of activities for the family. One feels a sense of space and calm amongst the buzz of the city.. a wonderful place to relax and unwind!
