Beautiful resort
This place is one of the best hotels in Dubai. But the construction noise is a lot .also the efficiency of the reception and breakfast is very slow. Variety of breakfast can much better comparing other hotels. No smart tv s in the room should be nice to watch Netflix etc

Disappointing and Underwhelming.
A day at The Palace Pool was average. The best thing about it is the sunset view, which is beautiful. The food's not great and expensive for what's served. The service is ok but not in keeping with the One & Only Brand. The toilets are dirty, no loo paper and in need of a make over. I'm in no to rush to return, which is a shame.

A great holiday
Housekeeping service leading by Ghanshyam Kumar , absolutely superb. Could not do more for us. Highly recommend. Very attentive , understood what we needed from day one and made sure everything was perfect for us. All the restaurants were excellent , as were the beaches and facilities.

Yet another wonderful holiday……
Another amazing holiday at the One & Only Arabian Court. From the moment you arrive everything is taken of, nothing is too much trouble and any requests dealt with promptly and efficiently by the wonderful team of staff who strive endlessly to please you. The aromas, stunning decor, gorgeous bedrooms, beautiful gardens and grounds/pools, all add to the complete relaxation and 5 star 🌟 luxury that is the Arabian Court. For us - the best hotel in Dubai 🤩

Disappointing service
We have been in the hotel one month before and we loved that so much that we felt we had to go back. I don’t know what happened but the quality of the service was really disappointing the second time. I hope they can find back the way where they were before.
