Peaceful spot in the lively and sometimes noisy Dubai. The atmosphere is intimate with great attention to details, service and wellness of the guests. Nice pools and well kept garden and public areas. Rooms are very comfortable well decorated. All personnel is very kind, helpful and provide great service. Definitively will be back.

The One&Only The Palm is truely a 5 star hotel. Located at the end of The Palm, it oozes class from the moment you arrive. As you enter the hotel you are whisked away and given a welcome drink and time and space whilst you are checked in. No waiting around at the desk. The staff so friendly, wanting to ensure your experience is peaceful and resting right from the start, nothing was too much for them. Andrew took us to our rooms and explained everything to us. Lovely guy. Having arrived late we got room service which was efficient and lovely. The WiFi was erratic but to be fair to the staff, within half an hour we had UAE equivalent of BT on the phone trying to sort it out. The WiFi continued to be erratic throughout our stay but you couldn’t ask for more to trying to have it sorted. The following morning we had a shower and the water was lukewarm but after a short call, within 15 minutes everything was perfect again. And that was our only issues throughout our stay. Amazing. Breakfast was a true pleasure to start the day, with Tre and Charu looking after us. Such a credit to the OTP. There is a lovely buffet but lots of a la carte. Nothing too much of an issue to be done. Small almost pizzas being brought up randomly was a lovely touch served from the chef with the huge bread/ pizza oven. The French toast best best ever. Just ask and they seemed to provide. Our days were spent walking along the beach (you can certainly see the difference between OTP and the other hotels), and sunning ourselves at the adult only pool. OTP has two pools, the adults only and the main family pool. There is also access to the spa pool also. Both areas have a vast amount of cabanas and sun loungers, also some day beds. During the day the champagne trolley comes round (which you pay for) but is a great touch, also small drinks, unlimited iced water. Superb staff attending to your every need, when you drift off to the other pool or hotel, you can pick up free ice creams too. The pool is warmish, not sure if heated slightly or just by the sun but enough to make swimming refreshing but enjoyable. The OTP has a choice of restaurants and we are at Zest and 101. There is also a Michelin star restaurant which we will visit in September, yes going back as this hotel was so good. I have done separate reviews for them but I must mention great service from Vaselios at 101 and Aswin at Zest. Monday evening we had a chance to meet the managers at a cocktail evening including Rahul Sharma the overall manager of OTP. Service from Krishna was outstanding. Everyone was a delight to talk to and it gave us chance to thank the managers of their individual areas and their staff. Finally I would like to say a big thank you to Syreeta in housekeeping. Our rooms were so well looked after, clean and tidy daily. In Dubai there are many hotels, many 5 stars, but it is the staff that makes this hotel stand out from the others. Having stayed at Jumeirah properties for 14 years, the OTP is the next level up. We have booked for September and cannot wait to return to this wonderful property and hopefully rekindle our newly made friendships with some of the staff. Enjoy

Everything perfect, room, service, pool, beach, cannot fault it and we are very picky! We even arrived very early and our room was available and they gave us early access. This was a business trip / mini break added on, just fabulous. Restaurant Stay ( Michelin 2 star) also incredible.
