One&Only The Palm Dubai

I would like to thank One & Only The Palm for their exceptional service. From the moment you enter through security to the concierge, and as soon as you stop your car, you are welcomed into a luxurious, peaceful environment. The staff truly love their work, and their warmth and positive energy are evident. Their kindness, accompanied by smiles, will brighten your day. I especially want to thank Teddy, Charmie, and the Chef for always taking great care of me. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond in your work. This is why, even though I have the option to stay at other hotels in the area, One & Only The Palm is always my go-to place.

We’ve just got back from 4 nights at our favourite hotel ever! It was our 3rd visit this year & every time it just gets better. The food is outstanding, the hotel is pure luxury & the service is another level!!! Sujith is absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our holiday amazing as usual! Also Salman at Safina bar made us the best cocktails, very personal & went above and beyond to make sure every day by the pool we were completely looked after from start to finish! The staff at this hotel (every single one) are absolutely outstanding and we cannot wait to revisit in the new year! ❤️ Stephanie whitehead & Nick Wilkinson!!! X

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel there was nothing that we could hve ask for more. The staff the food the location were amazing and would highly recomend to anyone.

We have just returned for the One & Only, the Palm, Dubai and had a wonderful time. I want to first shout out our independent Travel Agent - George @bush_hill_travel. George@bushhilltravel.co.uk, 0208 350 6018. A superb service offered by George, making all the arrangements so seamless! The hotel was simply amazing. We were in need of a restful holiday, and we certainly had that in luxury surroundings. The Team at the Hotel, went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Without exception, everyone was so lovely, helpful, thoughtful and kind. The room we had, pools, restaurants and Spa were all out of this world. A particular thank you to Andrei, our host, who made our stay so special. Our only disappointment was having to leave! We hope to be back again soon.

This Hotel is perfect for a relaxing break in Dubai , The service is close to perfect , Three superb restaurants offer great casual dining to Mitchelin Star option. We spent the whole week in the Hotel with no need to look outside this great hotel.
