Amazing experience
This hotel is not only the best One and Only we have stayed at, but probably the best hotel resort we have ever stayed at. The staff are amazing and make you feel special from the minute you walk in, the 3 restaurants are all excellent and the pool areas are second to none. It’s the first time my wife and I have stayed at the hotel, but we will be back soon. I must make a special mention for our host Sujith who looked after our every need and also our room cleaner Sara who was efficient and always very polite. Bill M

This Hotel is AMAZING!
OMG! This place is spectacular, in every way! Not only is the hotel it's self beautiful, the service is impeccable. The staff is incredibly professional and kind at every level. Specifically we loved the service we received from the manager, Deepanshu, the host, Noushad and Servers Ryka & Faye. They, and really all the staff, were so welcoming and willing to answer tons of questions - and make our trip so very special. Many, many thanks to the team at The One and Only Palm Dubai!

Amazing afternoon tea at One and Only the Palm
Although we haven’t stayed at this fabulous hotel yet !! We were very lucky to go to the one and only on the Palm for an afternoon tea experience during our stay in Dubai in September the afternoon tea was amazing and it was exquisitely presented with such beautiful details it consisted of delicious sandwiches pastries etc with a huge choice of teas and coffee it was truly outstanding The management and staff at this hotel are second to none the hotel looks absolutely wonderful and we can’t wait to book a stay here it’s everything and more that you would expect from the amazing One and Only resorts.

Amazing experience
Although we haven’t stayed here yet ! we were lucky enough to go to this fabulous hotel for afternoon tea during our stay in Dubai in September the experience was incredible which matches this amazing hotel we can’t wait to book a stay there next year the hotel and surroundings are second to none it’s a very stylish hotel and nothing less than you would expect from a one and only hotel they really are what the are called One and Only the hotel staff and management are first class .
