Palazzo Versace Dubai

Spent the day at Palazzo Versace pool. The views are amazing and the hotel staff is nice & helpful. Also, the pasta that i order came very quick and it was delicious. There s music by the pool which switch your mood instantly. I ll come back for sure.

this place was absolutely amazing and breathe taking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to enjoy all of amenities. Though we were a little confused about not having NETFLIX to watch on our late late nights back to the room. The food was AMAZING!! We appreciated everyone there for taking good care of us and yes will will indeed be returning again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not a good experience at all… a guest entered into my room while I was sleeping at room 610. The next room door was not unlocked and the guest had come into the room at 12pm at night. It seems like this was a security breach and nothing was done to resolve the issue or make it up to me

Overalls the hotel services are not as expected. I called operator twice asking for ice and extra blanket. It took more than 20 minutes to deliver the items. Duty manager Katerina who checked me in is exceptional employee who deserves a lot of respect and appreciation. He is polite and professional. She managed to absorb my frustration when waiting long time to check in. On the other hand, duty manager Rabab was unprofessional to deal with customer complaints and don’t deserve to represent this hotel as a duty manager

This hotel is amazing! my experience was unforgettable. The staff is incredibly attentive, the food taste really good, Our room was always cleaned very day, and our robes were set on the bed. 3 pools to choose from. my husband and I love the luxurious smell of the hotel.absolutely recommend. from checking in to check out the team was exceptional. It is conveniently located, in close proximity of the touristic areas. it met all of our expectations and beyond.
