Lovely stay at the hotel and great service from Lemmy the doorman. Very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again. Interior also amazing. Versace logos everywhere. Food is excellent. Bedding is Versace. The dressing gowns and slippers also Versace

Palazzo Versace Hotel is so great choice in my honeymoon trip. Everything is perfect for us. Like a view, traffic, kind of service, great food, swimming pool, etc.. all of them. It will be such an impressive memory in Dubai. Thank you so much.

Lack of superior services
The hotel is overprices. The room services did not provide toilet papers. My advice do not depend on the names but try to do an excellent services. Mohamed at the reception is very nice Guy and went extra to help. Also another Mohamad who host the coffee is very very nice

Dear Versace Hotel Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel during the wedding. Unfortunately, there was a significant disappointment. We had requested that the sweets be delivered to the room for the groom’s family, and a note was even left to ensure it reached us, but it never arrived. I followed up multiple times and was assured that it would be delivered, yet nothing ever came. This situation overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay and made it difficult for us to fully appreciate the hotel’s services and facilities. However, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for Islam, the receptionist. He was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout our stay, and his professionalism stood out during a time of frustration. Great room service, great staff (kind and friendly). But, average accoomodations compared to the outrageous prices.
They forgot to pick me up from the airport and did not compensate me at all. It was weird because when I asked for an upgrade, they chose to not accomodate me as well and I had bought a junior suite. I would say however their service when it comes to their staff was excellent, upper management could be better for accomodations. My concierge never spoke to me in my 3 days there.
