The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai for twelve nights. The hotel is rightly highly reviewed as they really do provide excellent customer care. There are not many places you can go where the staff addresses you by your name when you haven’t even met them. The resort has excellent facilities and a exclusive part of beach for hotel guests alone. The security team is very good and knows who is coming and going so it is very safe for families with young kids. Breakfast is served in the Caravan Restaurant where there is a great selection of fresh food and drinks. The room service team would attend three times a day and ensure everything was left spotless. Overall, We would highly recommend the resort to anyone considering a stay in Dubai! In particular, we also wanted to say a special thank you to just a few of those that took care of us during our stay: The valet parking team (Khurram, Waseem, Aleem, Fawad, Faisal, Nasir, Mohan) who provided a great service and took care of our car. Caravan Restaurant – Javeed, Lisa and Yaninda who paid a lot of attention and care to us throughout our stay, as well Hnin, Syam and Monalisha who welcomed us every morning on our way in. The chefs who prepared our excellent breakfasts - Dinesh, Prabhu, Sanjay, Neeraj, Kavindpa and Prajwal. Edwin from security who always greeted us warmly on our way to the beach. Tirtha, Binod, Nirosh, Rajeshwar who serviced our room.

This is a lovely resort, with lovely gournds, pools and lounge but the highlight of our stay was the daily towel art. Each day Nabaraj, Keshar and Subra left an innovative towel art animal in our room. What a delight! It made our stay especially memorable.

Just stayed at the Ritz Carlton Doha to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The service was second to none from the time we walked in. All the staff were excellent and we were treated with respect at all times. This made the occasion such as a pleasant one. I would like to particularly mention Yunita and Abdulla in the Lagoon Resturant they were brilliant and also to the chef who took time ask what we ordered was satisfactory. A Special Thankyou Ari in the Habonas Bar who took care us very well. We will definitely be coming back.

Firstly we’d just like to thank you all at the Ritz Carlton Dubai for making us have the most magical holiday, even though it was only 4 nights/days we’ve had the most incredible time spent at your hotel. We was extremely lucky to win this as a giveaway holiday and will be hopefully able to experience this again. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us, the quality of food, drinks, service at the hotel is 10/10! The ritz club sandwich is the best club sandwich we’ve ever had, and the truffle burgers was also very very good! A few members of staff really stood out to us, our room cleaners that we had during our stay made us feel like royalty and our 3 year old daughter loved the animals made out of towels. These were Kotha, Dipesh & Rohit Every time we left the hotel and returned from different trips Waseem greeted us by a name basis after only being told our names once on the first day. Little touches like this made us feel so special and it didn’t go unnoticed, he was very polite and friendly. Sewan, the polite gentleman who kindly brought us towels and water everyday was so friendly and knew our room number after just 1 day, again this made such an impact to us and we really appreciate it. My husband also had a massage at the spa and said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had and the most beautiful spa, his masseuse was called Yuni and would like her to be acknowledged. Thank you once again for an amazing stay at your hotel.
