The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre

Beautiful hotel in the center of the financial district. From check in to check out, the entire staff were amazing, friendly and attentive to the guests needs. I would especially like to highlight a couple of staff members who made my stay more enjoyable. First of all, the receptionist Ms Kainat in the breakfast area always greeted the guests with a friendly smile and escorted guests to the table. Second, in the outdoor restaurant/bar on the first floor Ms Jea Marie and Ms Dina engaged in friendly conversation and would check to see if there is anything else they could do to make my visit any better. These are just a couple of examples of the outstanding customer service the entire staff at the Ritz-Carlton give to all their customers. The training here is top notch and I thank you for making my stay enjoyable

I went In Cara Restaurant With My Brother To Having a Exclusive Breakfast..It Was Amazing Food,.The Buffet it was amzing I Visit today November 12,2024..I meet Mr.Rejith He's A Manager in Charge He's Very Polite and Attentive to all Guest not Only my Table,He approching Every Table and He Gave a Beautiful Service and Smile..And Mr.Jomar the Barista He's Very Attentive and Helping me guide in Buffet Area,..Absolutely Very Great Welldone To This 2 Gentleman (Mr.Rejith)and (Mr.Jomar) Very Highlited this 2 Person..Very Recomended Hotel Ritz Carlton DIFC and Very Recomended this Restaurant( Cara) Service is Very Ginuine..The Most Important is a Smile,.Because Smile is a part of uniform..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I give 5star to Mr.Rejith and⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐to Mr.Jomar,..Kudos this 2 Gentleman Very Welldone

I have been visiting/staying at Ritz Carlton DIFC for over 10 years. My this trip was just amazing and felt at home. Thanks to the staff but SPECIAL thanks to Mr.Gerard, Front Office Manager, Nazar from Guest services and Shiela from Rooms control. They were few challenges but was smoothly taken care by these 3 personnel without disturbing us. They are an asset to RITZ, DIFC and to the Bonvoy Group

We went to flair 5 me and both of my friends and honestly the music was epic and just amazing! Thanks for DJ Seraf for his nice vibes that made our night perfect… Definitely coming back again and again for this amazing hospitality from the team as well!
