The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre

I have stayed at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC more than three times, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The hotel is perfect for business travelers, with its prime location in the heart of DIFC, close to everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for both work and relaxation. The food is consistently excellent, offering a great variety of options. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring a seamless experience. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel remains my top choice in Dubai

it is always a great feeling to stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai DIFC. The Team, the location, the comfort, and the service make the stay enjoyable at all levels. My regards to Pradeep at check-in and Marcel at the CAKE CAFE with exceptional service, and May at the Breakfast Terrace...all made my stay pleasant. I will be back soon and for sure will make the Hotel my preferred choice.

We have stayed at several Ritz Carlton properties around the world, and they have all exceeded our expectations in terms of service and dedication to families. The Ritz DIFC falls short in these regards, and perhaps we should have taken a hint from the name in that this is mostly for businessmen attending DIFC. There was simply too much happening during our stay. There were not enough staff at breakfast, which meant orders were not taken or missed. A 25 min wait at a Ritz Carlton for me was new. Communication was poor. We had requested one king and one twin room. We were simply given our keys on check-in without being informed that we were given 2 king rooms. Only after all luggage came to the room did we realise the bed type, and this made it difficult with our family setup. Better communication was needed here… did not eventuate. We found staff to be too occupied with their mobiles or screens otherwise, not anticipating guests coming to them. The RC DIFC may suit those coming to the area for business. It is DEFINITELY NOT a family oriented property. It still falls short in terms of service and communication.

My first at the Ritz Carlton Dubai , check in was quick and my room was spacious and clean with beautiful views of the museum , there is a indoor pool at the hotel , hotel is in a good location only 15 mins from the airport, staff are friendly around lobby especially all the guys at the entrance

Hotel Ritz Carlton DIFC .. The hotel very close to downtown and everything was good The team was very friendly especially in club lounge, food was very tasty and there is so many variety , thank you Ehab for your hospitality we will see you soon
