The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre

I am currently enjoying my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, and it has been an exceptional experience. As an Ambassador Elite with Marriott and a Diamond member with Hilton, I have a wealth of choices when it comes to accommodations. Despite this, The Ritz-Carlton DIFC manages to stand out! The property opened, I believe, in 2011, but it exudes a classic charm and luxury that newer hotels often lack. I was thrilled to be upgraded to the Ambassador Suite—a luxurious and spacious haven that is beautifully appointed. The club lounge is another delight, offering fantastic food throughout the day, easily enhancing the overall experience. A special shoutout goes to Mr. Goncalo, the reception manager, who ensured that my stay was flawless with his attentive care and thoughtful touches. Additionally, Mr. Vinay from the breakfast room team provided excellent service at my regular table each morning. The Ritz-Carlton DIFC is always one of my top favorite hotels in Dubai, alongside Grosvenor House in the Marina area and theWaldorf Astoria DIFC. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience.

We have just spent an amazing 10 days in Dubai at the Ritz Carlton hotel. The whole experience from start to end was fantastic, stunning room, and brilliant staff, Special mention though to the Amazing team in the club lounge. Tiara, Ronald, Tiara, Sinta and Ehab, these guys are awesome and absolutely made our holiday. We’ll be back!

An amazing hotel with superb service. We stayed in a club room and the food and service in the lounge was fantastic. Pool staff were so attentive, turning our beds to face the sun when we came back from lunch was a very kind touch, All the staff were amazing but special thanks to Kamal and Valentine by the pool and Tyara, Ronald and Sinta in the lounge. I have stayed at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC more than three times, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The hotel is perfect for business travelers, with its prime location in the heart of DIFC, close to everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for both work and relaxation. The food is consistently excellent, offering a great variety of options. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring a seamless experience. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel remains my top choice in Dubai

it is always a great feeling to stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai DIFC. The Team, the location, the comfort, and the service make the stay enjoyable at all levels. My regards to Pradeep at check-in and Marcel at the CAKE CAFE with exceptional service, and May at the Breakfast Terrace...all made my stay pleasant. I will be back soon and for sure will make the Hotel my preferred choice.
